Needed a brass hose connection, walked in, and was asked if I needed help and was escorted to the part I needed. Got what I needed and was on my way in less than 5 minutes. Enjoyed the interaction with staff.

We went in to look for a small chain saw and our customer service was great. They went to the computer to look for what we were looking for, and they no longer sold that particular one but found us a different brand but still a small chain saw. Thank you
