Worse experience ever. The finance department refused to give my mother the paper work requested by her bank so she could buy the vehicle, as she was already approved from her bank and everything. Before leaving my mother there and After going back and forth with them about the paper that she needed they agreed to give her the paper for her but as soon as I left they started hounding her to just sign the paper work at the dealership and do the financing that way. The sales man said that everything would be topped off and the car would be cleaned before she took the vehicle and that it had been inspected and everything. We get the car home and my brother noticed that the fluids were low and a head light was out.I have bought multiple vehicles from dealerships and have never been more disappointed, alls the people there cared about was a sale instead of actually listening to the customer. Your more of a dollar sign than a person to them.

Our salesman Tyler Adam's was great from the beginning to the end.He was very informative and answered any questions we had .He made sure before I drove away that I knew the fundamentals of car seeing I never drove a car that was so high tech.He did it in a way that made it easy for me to understand and not be afraid. Being in my 70's I was a bit over whelmed but after he got done explaining I wasn't frightened anymore and headed home with no problems.So happy we stopped at the Alma's dealership we got treated very well and will for sure share this experience with our friends.By the way I love love love my Buick encore Tyler told me I would and he didn't lie.He is the best !!! The car dealships could use more salesman like him !!! Can you tell we really liked him..This is Vivian ...Mark kuhn wife.

I just started going to Betten Baker for my car, repairs and service. It has really been a wonderful experience. I had a lot of things kind of come up at the same time and they were able to manage them and provide excellent service at the same time. Cameron, the service manager, really provided wonderful service and went the extra mile for me every time. They are easy to get to and I didn’t have to wait for an appointment. My husband and I will continue getting our Chevys serviced at this facility and when we’re ready to purchase our new cars, we will be sure to get them there.

So far so good. My heating and air conditioning were operating part time. Never knew when either would work. Seems they cleared a code and it seems to be working fine now. They said take it for the weekend and if it's not complete bring it back Monday. So far I am happy.

East going easy to deal with dealership. There were two issues with purchased vehicle that they ordered parts for and fixed. Tyler was friendly and not pushy. Overall great experience

Cannot recommend the service department. Dropped the car off at 8:30 am on a Monday after a check engine light came on. Was told they would diagnose, call me and go from there. Did not receive a call at all that day. I called them Tuesday morning was told what repairs were needed and that they could complete them by end of day Tuesday but if there was a delay they would call back. They never called back that day. I called at 3pm was told the car would be done by noon Wednesday. They called at 12:30 to say the repair had failed a road test and newly installed crank shaft seal was leaking and would have to be re-replaced. I could now have the car “sometime Thursday ”. Called at 1pm Thursday and they had yet to start on replacement of the seal. Car would be ready between 3-4pm. As I write this it’s 4:10pm and I am still waiting to be given my car. This is the worst experience with a dealership service department I have ever had. Very Poor communication and follow through. Also clearly questionable workmanship if they had to redo part of the repairs. Update: they tried to give me the car back when I got in it the low oil pressure light/alarm was on. This has never been on in this car. They took the car back and have given me a courtesy car. So if we are keeping track they have now had the car 4 full business days and have “fixed” it incorrectly twice.

When I totaled my dodge grand Caravan in June, Andy and Cody worked hard to find my family a newer one with more bells and whistles on it than our old one. Our family couldn't be happier now that we have a minivan back in our driveway waiting for our next adventure. Thank you to Tyler too for making the paperwork fast and easy!

I recently purchased a 2018 Chevy Silverado from Betten Baker; Debbie (sales person) and Andy (sales manager) were helpful and made my purchase a pleasant experience. There is a minor issue with truck and they are taking steps to remedy the issue.

So sad that I have to even write this as I love to support local companies. However, I was disservice by this Betten Baker Service department. When I called to schedule an oil change and ask about them looking at a service light being on I also asked when scheduling if it would cost me to look at the service light and was told no charge unless something was serviced on it.When I dropped off the vehicle as well I signed the form that stated if anything else besides the oil change was needed that would cost to call me the customer prior to. Then to add to this I got no update on my Yukon. I had a morning appointment that was supposed to be done by noon and took for me calling them to find out when it would be done. The Yukon did not get done until 2pm and that is finally when I got a call about what needed to be fixed and I declined them fixing it. I was never told anything about seperate service charges besides the oil change over the phone. Yet when I sent my husband to pick up my Yukon he was charged for the oil change as well as $70 2x for labor yet nothing got worked on and fixed. When I got the receipt, I called the service manager and he was nothing but rude to me and told me how I was told yet I was not when I even asked prior to scheduling appointment and it was no where on the drop off form stating a fee to look at anything charging $70. This services department heard women and thought right away to take advantage of me. After this what I can say is, if you’re looking for a good service department this dealer is not it. Save yourself the money and the disrespect and go somewhere else.

The overall experience was good during our oil change and tire rotation.The only complaint I have is that when they were looking for the lug nut lock tool, they totally messed up the inside of the compartment. The service guys at the desk up front are VERY good and VERY knowledgeable. Thank you so much!! Bob and Bev Adams

We were heading up north and experienced a problem with my thermostat on my truck. Stopped at your dealership and the problem was determined and promptly fixed. We were on our way in about an hour and a half. Great service, friendly staff. Pat yourselves on the back. Good job.

This is the 2nd brand new vehicle I have bought from them & they have been the best! My salesman Will is the greatest! I told him exactly what I wanted on both of my vehicles & he came through for me! I will definitely refer all my family & friends to Betten Baker of Alma & to Will!
