For medications they are terrific! Efficient great pricing (relative to other Rx) accurate. HOWEVER: Two years in a row I got my flu shots and my Covid boosters. MOST PAINFUL INJECTIONS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! They were consistently hurtful in the extreme. The Pharmacists gave them to me, not any techs. They displayed no recognizable technique. They just pushed it in my arm and down with the plunger. It was shameful, and Meijers should be apologizing.

Long waits and rude employees. I leave with a feeling of frustration and vexation every time. Try one of the other eight pharmacies within a five minute drive.

Told me that I had never filled a prescription there for the medication I was REFILLING from the app. I explained that I was there to pick up my REFILL and looked at my app to tell her how many refills I had left and she told me there was never a record of it being filled there but could tell me that it had been cancelled 4 times. Blamed it on the insurance not wanting to cover it however, I had already had it filled and picked up there and it was covered previously. I don't think anyone really knows what's going on in that pharmacy. Transferred everything to Rite Aid.

Came here for Moderna Covid-19 vaccine and arrived on time since I was told not to arrive early per online instructions. Greeted promptly and friendly. However, after waiting for 20 minutes, my name was called by a pharmacist named Kyle standing at the cash register, and proceeded to punch “keys” after not even greeting me in any manner, friendly or not. He told me what to press on the card swipe machine not even informing why I was told to do this. However, I had been through the process before and knew what I was agreeing to. He never had any eye contact, was short in demands, never said “thank you,” and turned away abruptly after he felt he was done providing service. I have NEVER received this inappropriate, unfriendly service to someone who has “Pharmacist” on their lab coat or name tag. This Alma , MI Meijer pharmacist needs to greatly improve this medical service to the public to a level that is expected from a Meijer employee, from a Meijer pharmacist, and from a service provided from a fellow human being. The pharmacist assistant administered my injection in a professional and friendly manner. I feel that pharmacist, Kyle, needs to rethink his career choice so as to spare us this rude unprofessional service as a so-called health professional. Time to return to Walgreens or Rite Aid where I usually receive humane service.

Had a 2 part prescription called in. She said it would be ready by 2 o got there at 4 to pick it up. She then proceeds to tell me she only has half of it. The other half will be in tomorrow. Why in the H did they not call me to tell me this? Instead i wasted my gas driving 20 minutes in to pick it up. Just to make the same drive the next day. Could have saved me time and gas by calling me. I would have picked them up together the next day. The incompetence is baffling!

Regularly does not have meds in a reasonable frame of time (over a week from when prescription was put in). Employees will tell you they'll put an order in, and have it filled that afternoon, but when you go to pick it up, the next person working that afternoon will tell you they don't have it, but if they put an order in now, they'll have it tomorrow, etc. App will say that the prescription is filled, when it's not. Speak to a manager about any of this, and they'll just shrug their shoulders and pretend like they care, when it's obvious they don't.

I called yesterday needing a prescription transferred for tomorrow specifically because I needed to take it by then. She asked if I needed all of my prescriptions transferred and I said no. I come in to pick it up today and I’m told it isn’t even in their system. So they grab another lady who tells me I told them no rush on the prescription and they hadn’t even called the other pharmacy yet. She also told me that I said I needed all of my prescriptions transferred to them so clearly the lady I talked to was not listening at all. If prescriptions weren’t cheaper here I’d go elsewhere.
