“For context I am pregnant and just recently got diagnosed with gestational diabetes. As usual, insurance was being extremely stubborn and uncooperative with covering the needed supplies for monitoring my blood sugar, and it almost resulted in me having to pay out of pocket. Sirley (I apologize if I’m misspelling your name!) spent a good half hour figuring out exactly what the issues were and getting it sorted out to help me and kept me informed with what was going on through each step of the way. I’m used to pharmacies just shrugging in my past when situations like this happen, so it was an incredibly wonderful breath of fresh air to have someone help so much.
As an added act of kindness she went a bit out of her way to make a quick barf bag for me when morning sickness struck out of nowhere while we were finishing things up. As embarrassing for me as that was, it was really nice to have someone quickly go out of their way to help me in a situation like that especially while they were working. 5 stars is honestly not enough for the level of compassion, kindness, and help that I got today.”
“AS is very common here there is only ONE product on the shelf for many items and I am told that is ALL corp will send. This is ridiculous. I worked retail and there should always be 3-4 items in stock and more sale items especially those with % off a second buy . THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“They can be very hit or miss depending on what you're looking for. The drive through is one of the slowest I've seen, like weight times of 20 minutes and upwards if there's a line of even a few people, but if you catch it when no one is in line it's not too bad. Inside is quite a bit better. The line can stretch back even a couple aisles and the wait is only 5 or 10 minutes even during busier times. I've never had any medication mix-ups or anything and aside from a few one off incidents, staff is always happy to help with any issues you might have. All in all a pretty good pharmacy.”
