While I appreciate that they are polite and respectful, it takes me over an hour to get my medicine. I wait in a long line each time just for them to tell me every time that I must wait another 30-45 minutes to have it filled. Without fail on any prescription, it always happens. I'm to the point where I want to switch pharmacies because it takes so much time out of my day to get my medication.

update. 13th of October for safety of patients that don't have a voice and on my own behalfYour suppose serve clients Not randomly call them because you don't like feed back or you got called out by cooperate office. Your going against your oath.I'm calling Lansing board and cooperate you should be held accountable for following.... I'm advocating for all patients as I was RN 20 plus years. I never had a ra no dom harressing phone call when I Needed nothing filled. Only after reporting you frist time I then realized Why you called you were angry you were upset you were Wrong... out of no we're Jay pharmacist called stated he could not fill some of my meds controlled substance.. Yet. I am holding the filled bottles from Walmart pharmacy. This is harressment. A offence of code of ethics he took a oath. He called me today out of blue I didn't ask for refills so why??? It's because I called and reported him to corporate. Well Jay congrats. Before calling someone you just don't like ??? A patient check to see if you already filled them.. you already filled these meds you say out of a call I don't understand why I am getting check your facts. 1. Your pharmacy is already just be filled meds your saying are Red flags??? CDC guidelines .. ( CDC is center for disease control Jay you should know the? Has nothing to do with controlled meds That would be FDA Food and Drug admistration ) Incompetent and again not facts.... I ask why did you fill them when I frist was customer??? You should get facts before harassing patient by random phone call after I reported you for several mistakes your associates and self make......... So again called cooperate this is harressment and sloppy checking facts. All meds he saying he couldn't fill They already did at Walmart his pharmacy. This is wrong and very reportable and will be to board as I was held accountable as a Nurse so are pharmacist. There was no reason for call other than harressment and against your very oath. Shame on youonly Hope Corporate Office sees this. I was treated like there errors were mine. Jay and his team of newbie customer service people were Not helpful, Did not take accountability and Jay the pharmacist stated on the frist mistake of associates more training needed to be Done in agreement of false information of meds and availability of meds being filled. 2 no d mistake to get c as lled my elderly mom is 87 years old instead of myself the customer. Lastly 3 charm. I was on hold from associate phone for 30 minutes able to get 3 others business do there job tire rotation, car wash and windshield wipers as I heard music playing on my speaker phone for them to pick up. When I showed them this Jay stated your not I said why is it say Walmart here in alma if I'm not still waiting. Jay and team took No accountability and that's what really upset me.Pharmacist Not caring enough to get things done blaming and arguing with me naturally who wouldn't be up set??? Then arguing he right. There all right then why is it 22 other reviews being treated like the customer wrong be on these reviews. Please other customers speak out it's not right they need to be set at a even higher standard with life saving meds.. I pleading with Corporate office please take note all nie 23 reviews. Oh Jay is did ask if I wanted him to send prescription elsewhere because he can't be get it right along with my his team. Having Walmart pharmacy lose more customers. Is this a place of work? We are the consumer paying them to do a job. I told Jay no just do your job and quit making mistakes both him and associates. I worked as RN 20plus years.. I used Walmart ,3 times so far poor deplorable service. I will continue to go because someone needs to care and speak up for those customers without or feeling like they have no voice. Jay and the rest without customers happy you don't have a job. Tighten your pharmacy up.. I'm not alone in these complaints. My mom said maybe I should go to rite aid. But why? So these people can

This location is suffering from poor management and the lack of quality help. Costumer prescription turn around is extremely lacking.I hope management can identify the employee issues and become the pharmacy we once knew.

My boyfriend just left the emergency room and the prescription was sent to the Alma Walmart, I go in and stand in line for my turn, the worker turns around looks at me and continues to do what she is doing. I came in and it was 6:30 PM. Online it said they closed at 7:00 and the sign at the counter said the same. I felt bad going in so close to closing time but it was after leaving the emergency room. She finally turns to me and waits on me. I stated that the emergency room called the order in as I had just confirmed with the emergency room. She speaks with the pharmacist and comes back to wait on me. She asks for my insurance card and license.I asked what time I should come back as they are closing soon, she rudely says we don’t close until 9:00 PM. She then hands them off to someone else and points for me to go to a different window. I go to the second window and the woman hands them back and says have a seat. I wait my turn and the pharmacist calls me up. I again wait my turn and Stacy comes over to wait on me. She was very, very rude. She already started closing the gate and it was 6:45 PM. I understand this is frustrating as they want to go home, but people are still in line and in need of medicine. She didn’t walk me through any of the prompts on the machine or for payment. She acted like I was disturbing her for doing her job. It made me uncomfortable using this pharmacy and will not be back, her name tag said she has been there for ten years. It makes me sad to know she treats customer this way. Especially considering we waited five and a half hours at the emergency room today and then was given such poor customer service. The young girl running the register next to her was not helpful with the person picking up her medicine either. She also didn’t walk her through the prompts and was getting frustrated with her. I find it very disturbing that people who don’t want to work in customer service and help people end up work in the pharmacy. I give the pharmacist an A+ because he was not only filling orders but assisting the two women at the counter, Stacy however seemed miserable and was taking it out on the customers.

My doctor isn't great at sending things to the right pharmacy when I'm at college, so when they struggled to find my script I figured it definitely had something to do with that. It didn't help that I showed up a half hour before they closed because that's when I got out of class. The staff worked fast and efficient and were able to fill my prescription. The pharmacist, Joy, answered more questions than my doctor did when I was prescribed the medication. She was super helpful, as was the rest of the pharmacy staff.

Hospital called in my husband's prescription I go to pick it up. I was told it would be a few minutes. I go shopping come back. I sat at the bench and waited I thought the cashier was calling me up so I go stand in line. She acts like I'm not there and starts talking to the man behind me. No explanation to me calls him up he cuts me off and goes and up gets his prescription. I wait patiently Till they were done walk up give the name she says my prescription is still not ready (at least 10 mins had passed) they got it waiting to fill... Well how long is the actually going to take Because I have already been told a few minutes 10 minutes ago?! She gets mad and started yelling she doesn't know I said I needed any time. She says 45 minutes!! I am upset now I was like my husband is in the truck waiting after surgery! Because it was only gonna be a few minutes!! I set my stuff down and walked out! When I went back in all the same staff was there except for her! Don't know if she got sent home or what! No apology for the false few minutes claim or the other woman's attitude I will transferring my prescription!! I didn't know getting a time estimate was taboo!!
