I rented a unit on 4/15/2023 online. When I went to move in my belongings later that day with the code I was provided the gate was locked and a sign indicated that access is only provided M-F 8AM-5PM. I have emailed twice and called twice with no response. I wouldn't do business with this place. Awful customer service.

Do not rent from this place. Prices are pretty high, you can go to Imlay city for cheaper. I rented for 1 month because I was in between moves. I paid $120 in cash ($70 for rent, $40 for deposit, and $10 for lock). After my month was up, I moved out and called to let them know - they checked the unit said everything looked good and confirmed my address to send me back my $40 deposit. At this point I threw out my paperwork because I paid in cash and was told I was all set. BIG MISTAKE. I never received my deposit and they "lost" my paperwork so there is no record of me renting from them, although I can confirm the code and whom I originally signed the papers with. They keep saying they will call me back and get it straightened out. It has been months and they will not return my calls. Further, about halfway into my renting period I tried to enter into my unit early on a Saturday morning and my code wasn't working; I called but they didn't open for another two hours. Normally, this wouldn't have been that big of an issue, but I was traveling to my new place and was planning on taking a load; however I was on a time crunch and could not wait until they opened. Turns out, they never programmed my code! So I had to make another trip to my new place, 2.5 hours away because THEY didn't program my code to enter the storage unit area. When I called to fix this issue they just programmed my code....no apology or anything for this convenience. I do not think this is a good way to run a business! Take your business elsewhere, they just want your money!
