After years of neglect, we needed our driveway repaired & asphalt applied. They just finished the job yesterday and we are very happy & satisfied.A few things that stood out:1. Quick response on quote.2. Reasonable price.3. Quality job done in one day!4. Worked with us on where to park & stage equipment (so as not to disrupt our neighbors).5. Ricardo is all around good guy (professional, good communication, polite).6. Called them for quote based on location & reviews.We will be using them next year to apply seal coat to our driveway.

We hired Ricardo and crew to repair and reseal our condo association parking lot, which had large cracks that were causing building foundation problems. ULTIMATE ASPHALT paid attention to every crack and crevice, and nicely resealed the lot. Looks great!

I hired this company to seal Pat my driveway. I chose them because I saw the equipment that they use to perform the job. This is not your typical splash and dash seal coat operation.They showed up on time for the quote and started the job on time. Everything from the preparation, hot crack fill, edging and seal coat was done excellent.The owner is personable and made the experience easy and convenient for me. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

Almost a year ago Ricardo and his crew hot tar filled cracks and seal coated my 15 year old asphalt driveway. He did say that some cracks were large and may open up. A few did open up and today his polite and neat workers came by and re-tarred them. This is THE blacktop/asphalt company to work with!

Ricardo was the only person out of two other companies to call me back when I left a phone message requesting an estimate. He called me back five minutes after I left my message. He came out when promised, gave me a quote and I hired him. Great price, beautiful job done and the crew was fantastic.
