I really don't understand why the employees at this location are so mean. The post master is so nasty, that I don't even want to go there if I can help it. The drivers are constantly damaging mail, bending things that clearly say "do not bend". People in the trailer park are constantly losing packages because the drivers don't put the parcel key in the right box, so the package usually gets stolen. If you call and complain, they say the driver is still in training. Not only is that a lie, but it's not an excuse. Why would a trainee be on their own? This post office needs a manager who doesn't spend her entire shift smoking cigarettes behind the building. Our town deserves better.

Always getting the wrong mail. Never get our own mail. Tracked packages always are on time until they get to this post office, then they’re late if you get them at all. I never received one of mine. Postal carrier left it in a parcel locker but must have accidentally put the key in the wrong mailbox because we never got it. They would not take responsibility and kept blaming us saying they did their job according to their records. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen, but all I got was rudeness from everyone and no apologies. I was out money and made to seem like I was lying about them. I try to now have as much of my mail as possible sent to my family’s house just to assure I will get important things or items I have paid for. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I have to do that, but the people out here are so incompetent and rude!

I wish our mail carrier would stop leaving our packages at our garage. It should be left at our front door where there is a covered porch.

I agree that the lady in front is very rude and needs to find a job where she doesn't have to deal with the public. She is not a people person.

Customer service is terrible. The lady in the front is rude and doesn't know a thing about customer service

Deplorable customer service. Everytime I go in I expect attitude and it never fails. The woman on the register needs to be put in the back and someone else needs to be in charge of general public interactions.

Ever since I moved here almost 3 years ago. It’s been nothing but hell. I’ve had important mail delivered to the wrong address, I’ve had the workers tell me that I DONT LIVE WHERE I LIVE and now, most recently they have LOST my daughters Christmas card from her great grandma. There was money in the card. I suspect something is going on at that office. June is the most unpleasant worker I’ve ever encountered. She even called the cops on my fiancé for being “irritating”. I’ve complained many times to their hotline number. Nothing has changed. I wonder how many kids Christmas cards have to go missing for someone to do something?

Went here to get passports. The website says they can do photos onsite. They cannot. If you are going here to get passports, make sure you bring your own photos.

I have 2 businesses which involve a lot of US Post Office shipping. One is in Almont and the other is in Romeo. The Romeo Postal Employees have never missed scanning or picking up my items. The Almont Post office on the other hand is not nearly as professional. I am lucky if half my items are scanned by the pickup person and then not even scanned at the Almont Post Office. My business involves customers being able to prove their items were shipped on time and tracking their items. It may not be seen in tracking till days later at the next Post Office stop along the way. In today's world tracking is essential and Almont Postal workers do not follow the rules.
