Round of applause to every staff member, you always deliver exceptional service and are always extremely kind. Both of the vets (Dr. Jack and Dr. Greenfield) address any concern I bring to them. They go above and beyond for care of my 1yr cat, 16yr boxer, and 7yr old beagle. Both are amazingly knowledgeable and incredibly educated. I will always bring my pets here <3

I had my cat spayed here. They did a wonderful job on the spay, my girl healed up wonderfully. Had some small communication issues with some of the support staff. Dr. Jack went out of her way to contact me on a Sunday to get my issues resolved. Spent an hour on the phone with me listening to my concerns and discussing options to move forward.

No clue how the service is. Unable to go there because they are not taking new patients. No idea why I was contacted.

Don't bother calling they're refusing new patients regardless of the severity. I guess they care about some animals.

I'm so grateful that I found this vet service for my dog when I moved to Alpena a year and a half ago! This is one of the finest vets that I've ever been to with any of the many dogs that I've had over the past 45 years. I absolutely love Dr Greenfield. She is so gentle with my Gracie and answers all of my questions. I wouldn't want to take Gracie anywhere else for her veterinary care!!!
I also need to give a shout out to the very friendly helpful staff that is always there to greet me and Gracie and make us feel comfortable.

My kitty had an upper respiratory issue and we got her a chack up and some anti biotics and she's back to being her playful kitten self. And the bill wasn't bad either. Thank you Doc. G.

Took my dog in for an emergency situation. He was bleeding and needed immediate attention. They never even looked at him and were extremely rude. Said it would be a 3 hour wait for him to even be seen. Then sent us to a vet that was closed and we told them that place was closed but they insisted we go. I can’t believe how we were treated So disappointed!!!
