The employee's are always extremely helpful and help set my mind at ease anytime I’ve come in to get a check engine light scanned and they’re very good with giving educated feedback on any issue and if it’s something they can’t help me with they’ve always directed me in the right direction to get whatever I need!

I lost a windshield wiper on my way to work in the snow. I was given a great recommendation for specific wipers, and not the most expensive! Then they installed for me in the freezing cold and declined a tip for the kindness. Shop here!!!

On 11-24-24 I purchased a battery from Julian and Bobby. Both gentlemen went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and to install the battery in my truck. I have been in their store several times and never left a review but this time I felt I needed to because they both were so helpful. Great guys and I will continue to do business there because of them.

I’m constantly in and out of this store wether it be for parts or just too look around, everyone in the store is extremely helpful even if i don’t end up buying anything. No matter who’s working they have always directed me to the right parts and are extremely nice and respectful

Went in for a couple rv batteries today, it’s a weird setup with two batteries in the cab and when I asked if they could check the back or their inventory and one employee laughed out loud at the situation and Zack just stated I could try looking online myself. Feeling super frustrated and made out to look like I was getting an attitude when I just wanted some help with a car problem.

Had a not so great vehicle experience turn into a phenomenal parts trip experience. Had trouble with my caliper and bracket and Zach and Emily helped me back on the road. They went above and beyond, getting me the parts I needed, verifying they were the right parts and even coming out to give me a hand while I fixed it in their parking lot. Superior service, they need a tipping option here, $20 minimum! 👍🏻

Quick and amazing service! Had a check light come up on my car, was able to get it read and have the parts necessary to make the fix in no time! Amazing customer service, didn’t get talked down to or belittled. Got the car fixed myself in under two hours, and saved a ton on labor! 5/5, would totally recommend!!

Emily is a LIFESAVER! We literally coasted into the parking lot having lost all power in our car. Emily quickly diagnosed the issue was our alternator. As this was 12:30pm on a Saturday afternoon - and we were supposed to head back home on Monday morning, we weren't sure when/how the car would get fixed. Emily to the rescue! She called Bob of Bob's Muffler & Auto Repair, told him our predicament and he offered to fix it for us the next day (Sunday) so we could head home as scheduled. Finally, Emily recommended a local tow company to help us get the car over to Bob's. Emily is very knowledgeable, has exceptional customer service skills, and goes above and beyond. She put our minds at ease during a stressful situation and we are incredibly grateful for all she did for us. We have had nothing but positive experiences at AutoZone through the years, but our experience in Alpena tops them all. Thank you!

Emily at the Alpena Autozone knows her stuff and goes out of her way to help! I started with one associate but it was Emily who answered my questions, jumped in to help me fix my problem, suggested a good value part and made sure that everything was working before I left the lot.
Give that gal a raise! She rocks! Excellent experience.
