I've been here to get my tires done 4 separate times. They have good prices and don't make you wait too long. Which is a good thing because the main clerk lady is always rude and always has a mad look on her face until you pay. I generally avoid this place if I can because she makes it an unpleasant experience.

My experience was top notch. I hit a curb at 1130 at night. Carl came and picked me up took me home. Carl even called the the tow truck and then went as far to pick me up for work the next morning. Great people Great Business

Flat tire. Walk in. Took less than an hour and they only charged $20. Lady at counter was very kind. I won't be going anywhere else in the future. They've helped my elderly mom a couple times in the past few years when she had a leaky tire. Thank you Ball Tire team. These issues are rather traumatic for us single ladies and it's nice to know that good honest people are there.

This business gives mechanics a bad name. We recently had tires put on our truck and replace the tire pressure sensors with a alignment three day before taking the truck into them we had new ball joints put on and brakes . We didn't tell them what we did but they tried to tell my wife the ball joints were shot and I needed new tie rods and the pressure sensors didn't work but they had some for triple the price. I'll go elsewhere for now on. I would highly suggest that they stop taking advantage of people that doesn't have much knowledge about vehicles.

Ball Tire is the best place in Alpena... Love Love Love the friendly Hometown Service. This Place will get my business every time. I can count on Carl and the Team. I blew out two tires in the middle of the night and Carl came and picked me up and took me home gave me a ride to work the next day and called the tow truck for me. It was an amazing experience...
