The hearing aids are a quality product. I prefer the replaceable batteries versus rechargeable. I always carry batteries so I never miss a beat. Jeff does an excellent job and pays attention to his customers needs. I didn't give a five star review simply because of the price of the devices.

I am very satisfied with my hearing aids and the service I received. Jeff is very knowledgeable and made sure that I was satisfied with the hearing aids and that I knew how to care for them and put them in easily. I would highly recommend Jeff and Beltone to anyone

My husband got new hearing aides a week ago. He went back for a tweaking, now that he's used to sounds and ready for more. Jeff was early and we were out 5 minutes after 9, our original appointment time.
