The hearing aids are a quality product. I prefer the replaceable batteries versus rechargeable. I always carry batteries so I never miss a beat. Jeff does an excellent job and pays attention to his customers needs. I didn't give a five star review simply because of the price of the devices.

I am very satisfied with my hearing aids and the service I received. Jeff is very knowledgeable and made sure that I was satisfied with the hearing aids and that I knew how to care for them and put them in easily. I would highly recommend Jeff and Beltone to anyone

They lie to your loved ones. The batteries do not last a week. Changing batteries can be expensive and not good for environment. And costing $6000 on top of it. So now the older adults on fix income's are paying monthly payments, also weekly cost of batteries. And most of all they do not work any different than the chargeable $200 hearing aids.

My husband got new hearing aides a week ago. He went back for a tweaking, now that he's used to sounds and ready for more. Jeff was early and we were out 5 minutes after 9, our original appointment time.

No No No.... Do yourself a favor, no matter where you live get a Costco membership and make an appointment at their hearing center. Newest technology for less than half the cost of these hearing centers that are only focused on sales sales sales to the vulnerable elderly. So overpriced it should be illegal. Pay the Costco membership and save yourself thousand$$$.

Beltone and their service are excellent to me with my hearing problem. My loss is very serious and I have gotten confidence back whether I am at home, church or on the phone. The appointments every few months keeps them clean and in optimum working order and let’s me know that my natural loss is not getting any worse. I am happy to recommend Beltone.

My mother and father's experience was not a good one and I feel they were targeted as vulnerable elderly individuals. The pricing was excessive and extreme for the quality of product. There was no discussion of other products or services available at less cost and no consideration of the customer's income. I find this to be morally and ethically corrupt and feel my parents were taken advantage of.

I must say, Jeff did and outstanding job testing and walking me thru my purchase of my hearing aids. He took the time to answer any and all my questions at each and every appointment. I'm very pleased with my purchase thus far.
