Chris, you shouldn't be answering the phone until you work on your customer service skills. Terrible customer service, number one rule never argue, snap on a customer, or plainly give an attitude to a customer. You never know what a person is going through! Will be recommending people to not shop here after our last conversation. And not one apology. Smh. I'm surprised this place has as many stars as it does.
