She was absolutely wonderful. She really made us feel welcome and very comfortable. Probably the most delightful and personable customer service I have ever experienced.”

“My fiancée and I both recently went through Morgan Plume in the Loan department for vehicle loans. While my fiancée’s went smoothly, mine was nothing but issues (on my end not the bank). I had to contact Morgan MULTIPLE times to make changes, change timelines, adjust things, etc. Every single time, she was more than willing to make any changes I needed. She was very quick to answer or return my calls and messages, she was very thorough answering all of my questions, she was attentive and very kind. Because of issues on my end, this was almost a 2 month process. Morgan checked in, made sure I didn’t need anything, and when it finally came time to sign, she was just as excited for me as I was. After signing, she continued to check in and made sure I knew she was there if I needed her. I’ve always had a positive experience at this establishment, however I wanted to highlight Morgan, as I am truly thankful and appreciate her hard work and efforts to help me make this happen.
