I realize that this is a small incident in the big scheme of things, but I feel compelled to write a review. I was 200 miles from home when my 2095 Mercury Mariner's warning system told me that my left rear brake and turn signal wasn't working. I drove into Dean Arbour Ford, which was directly across the street from our hotel, fully expecting to wait for service. I spoke to the service manager who had me drive into the shop, personally verified that the bulb was indeed burned out, called over a technician who replaced the bulb immediately. He then escorted me to the cashier, where he told me he was only charging me for the bulb and nothing for installation. I was in and out in 10 minutes and, most impressively was treated as a valued customer who had just purchased a high end car. What a delightful experience.

We have a 2003 Lincoln LS which needed a new computer. Dean Arbour Ford of Alpena was able to order the part and assured us it would arrive within one week. We appreciate their professional and timely service.

Horrible service took my car in at 2:30 for a scheduled oil change and set 2 hours waiting for a 10 minute oil change. Ridiculous!!

Scott was great to work with- I felt like family and he made a wonderful lease deal happen for me. George was also very personable and helpful. Thank you for making my first leasing experience a good one!
