When I got my hair dyed at Rebel Roots it only costed me $100.00 which sounded like a pretty easy amount of money to me and that's the only time I'll get to dye my hair ever again

I paid for a perm there April 29th it lasted 2 weeks. I went on vacation having to curl my hair every time I washed it. I went in to show them it didn't take. The girl at the desk told me it would be a few minutes. I waited 15 the girl who did the perm would not even look at me. After showing my strait hair to the owner O left. I got a perm from my regular place. She said I should get my money back as there was no perm in my hair. I went back to rebel roots. The owner told me they do not give refunds. So beware no refunds and no do overs. And no apologies.
I will never go there again. I went to them when they were the figure head. They were better then. Not now. I would not give them 1 star

Shauna (Owner) - is truly an incredibly person!
Maddie (My Stylist) - is truly a goddess with hair! Not only has she helped me grow back the integrity of my hair, but my hair confidence back and that is just not something I thought I would ever get back. I don't even have to decide what I want done with my hair, I sit in the chair and she works her magic and I am in love with it every single time. She always works me into her schedule whether it is for my kids or myself, she goes above and beyond for us and has the BIGGEST HEART! I appreciate her more then she will ever know! My kids adore her, and so do I!
Erica - Gives the best hair washes and massage, not to mention the combing .... I was in heaven!
As a whole this place is a safe place, great conversations have been had and will continue and I know more then anything these girls have my best interest at heart as a client and a person!

Was there for the first time today and had a great experience! The whole place has really awesome and friendly energy. Lauren was my hair dresser and did fantastic, if you're looking to go from dark to blonde she's your girl! She's super sweet and friendly too. ☺️

I’ve gone here twice so far and bothers times I got exactly what I wanted and even more, Lauren is a great stylist and it was fun able able to have her as the person to do my hair, definitely recommend ❤️

This salon is amazing. From the “aesthetic” of it, to all of the employees personalities, and to all of their skills. Erica did my hair and she did an absolutely fantastic job on bleaching my roots and fixing up the rest of my hair. She was super friendly and kind the entire time and she made me giggle a few times. I will most definitely be back :).

Rebel Roots and Maddie are amazing!! I had my hair colored and cut by Maddie for the first time and was super nervous. However, between her and the welcoming, laid-back atmosphere of the salon, I was quickly made to feel comfortable. And, she did an awesome job with my color and cut. Thank you Rebel Roots!
