Sunday and my car has a tire with something big sticking out of the tread area. Needed to get this fixed ASAP. Georgies was eager to fix this issue and saved my day.

We are from out of town and our gear shifter cable came apart, we were expecting him to tow us to an auto shop near by, he lifted it up, was able to locate the issue! Manually put it into drive and had us follow him back to the shop! He ran to the part store and fixed our car without having to take it to a mechanic! We cannot thank him enough ❤️

Had a last minute inconvenience with my car, I couldn’t get in anywhere until the next week! Georgie was more than willing and able to help me! Him and his whole team are amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

Can't say enough about how they went above and beyond to save our vacation. Not host a tow but stayed after hours and fixed our motorhome to get us back on the road. We need more people like this in our lives

I came out of work to find out my battery was dead. I called Georgie's. The girl said they were on the way and I'd see them in a few minutes and I did. A few .minutes later the truck showed up and they got my car started for me. The man was polite as well as efficient for a reasonable price, too. I'll be certain to call them again if I ever need help again.

When i called broke down at the Walmart entrance blocking traffic they came super fast and got me out of the way to get traffic flowing again. So when i was getting towed they asked who i preferred i said Georgies and once again i made the right choice he worked with me to get it paid since it was there all weekend so the cost added up quickly.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
You have several options in Alpena and I would make sure this one was your last!
The girl who was handling the reception at this place was so rude and unprofessional.
Not to mention, they failed to tell me that you can’t use a card to pay for their fee.
