re store is good - Bill Morrison is very good - Director and manage of funding is horrible. They hired a guy to put in windows for me. Horrible nightmere guy didn't finish not up to code. The guy had no license no insurance - never pulled a permit - now Im stuck with a mess water getting in window. Windows need to be wrapped, also guy used wrong window - charge for more material then what was used. Had to call the state and Habitat international. Very Very poor Management of money/ funding by the Habitat here. Did everything I could on my end. Sad how there are some good people but then the bad ones Management ruin it for everyone else.

The staff at Habitat for Humanity Northeast Michigan are wonderful to work with. They are friendly and helpful whether you are at the restore location or their main office. Truly a fantastic organization to have in Northern Michigan!

This is the poorest run place. Called ahead to drop off windows and they said they could take them. Drove there and store was closed because employees didn't want to stay.

It's the best little used threif shop in town now and will continue to be....their prices are so low and reasonable also I really like the workers they are all great to talk to friendly and that's how a store should be.

The selection is okay, plenty of stuff for the home, but they're a little understaffed.

Friendly and helpful staff! Always great prices! I shop here before larger home improvement stores! And better yet, the money I spend goes right back to the LOCAL community!!!
