I was in this location today for the first time. I was promptly greeted upon entering and started my search for the pickup/reach tool. In my hesitation, employee “Greg” asked if I needed any help and told me exactly where they were located. I enjoy when I don’t have to hunt down an employee for help and they know exactly where everything is located!! Another employee also asked if we needed help too, which is awesome!

Great place, employees are some of the nicest and most helpful people. The bathroom is always spotless. Both of these things are not common these days.

The staff is absolutely amazing, never have to hunt them down like some places, they're always willing to lend a hand. Great selection of tools and many with lifetime warranty. Have only had 1 issues with a tool breaking and it was a super easy and simple return/exchange process
