Great service! We had a flat and couldn't get the lugs off. Jerome came out, towed the car to his shop, and used his impact wrench to remove the lugs, then changed the tire for us. Saved us a ton of trouble! And got to visit with his dog Bear while he was working.

I crashed my car and the towing experience was good but now they’ve had my totaled car for over a month and I can’t get a call back. I call and if they answer they tell me they don’t know and will give me a call back from one of the guys but then I never get a call back from one of the guys

We hit a deer this morning and totaled our vehicle headed out of town and the gentleman from Jerome's towing was so patient and kind. He picked us up, gave us some tips on what to do next and took us home. We were pretty shooken up and upset but our towing experience made it not so bad. Thank you so much.

I didn't even call them, the driver saw me trying to jump-start my truck and stopped to help with his jump pack... Fired right up and I was moving in under a minute! I was so gobsmacked, didn't even catch his name. If this is how they treat random strangers they happen to see in distress, I would be confident calling them for help anytime. Thank you, whoever that was at Duck Park!
