Ollie's Bargain Outlet is a fantastic store with great items for cheap prices. It is nice, clean, and well stocked with a great selection, including a large supply of discount books, home goods, and jute backed rugs in many sizes. The staff is friendly and helpful, with excellent customer service skills. The store is a nice addition and a welcome surprise for shopping in Alpena, especially as the only one in Northern Michigan. Delivery drivers will find friendly staff and should follow specific instructions for the dock area. Customers love the great prices for high quality and plan to return.

Their sign outside made us pull in. It said “Cool Cheap Stuff” and “15% off Entire Store” so we popped by and walked out as members with a karaoke speaker and a bunch of pool stuff. Definitely recommend stopping by!
