I went to this bank at 9:30 AM. There was at least six people working there. I asked one lady if I could open up a checking account and she rolled her eyes and said well I guess I can see if someone can help you and then she came back and said you’ll have to come back tomorrow.

I'd like to thank you again for helping me with PNC's ATM machine. She came right outside with me and walked me through process of withdrawing cash to then come back in lobby to make my Mortgage payment. The online machine that we usually use was not working with no internet access. SO I could not have managed without ANGELA's help. She is a true professional at Alpena PNC Bank!

Terrible service--waited 9 minutes in drive thru for someone to take my deposit and was told there were customers ahead of me. They musy have been inside, as they certainly were not in the drive thru. Pushed the call button after 23 minutes with no response. Finally received my receipt after 27 minutes! Ridiculous.

Great people!! Michelle, one of the financial specialists is awesome!!! Helped me out with any questions I had and went the extra mile to solve an ongoing issue. She set me up with a new account and walked me through on how to use it. Definitely top notch and very knowledgeable!
