Really wierd drop off hours if you need to speak to someone. (There is a drop off box outside for 24/7, but dont use a QR code!!! Must have barcode with full address! So many people do this and they dont have a way to scan the QR codes!) Anyone I've ever needed to talk to is always pleasant
