The man who Assisted me was kind and helpful. The post office paper work is a mess. Not just in Alpena but across the country. They still can't get me my mail since the last of June. I moved and that caused the confusion. 5 stars is for the man at the counter. 1 star is more than enough for the rules he has to work with.

Thanks for the extra help with packaging, Mick. With you and the other new people at counter things are much smoother.
