The Walgreens in West Branch was recommended for my prescriptions. My pharmacy is closing. I went to pick up my first script, they were personable, polite, friendly. It was amazing how on top of everything the associates were. The drive thru was very efficient in and out in approximately 4 mins. I love this place.

I've always found the staff to be helpful and accommodating. The pharmacy works well in transferring scripts from one location to another. I like the store, it's a good quick place to go to pick up sundries and pricing seems on par with big box next door.

The pushy salesmanship for the red nose is a bit much. Really dislike it when they eye you up and down with the big guilt trip!! OH! It's for the kids! Much too SLOW in handing back the change! Think of a better way to sell those red noses because this must be the the lamest Walgreens I've ever been to! (I've been to a lot of them including the one on the Miracle Mile in Chicago!!!) No Thanks!!
