Lady called my wife letting us know script for our son was ready. I drove to the store and the guy said it wasn't ready? Need to get your act together wasting peoples time and gas!! You deserved this review as your workers are not on the same page. Alpena, Mi store.

The staff appear to be friendly until you attempt to use coupons and apparently since the whole staff ( which included two people) does not understand how coupons and wags work they take their frustration out on the consumer. There was a young male at the register and told me he couldn’t understand why my wags wouldn’t work and basically shrugged his shoulders about it two times and did not offer to summon a manager. When a manager did come over she was very rude and quite condescending telling me a consumer to go shop at another Walgreens. I had explained to her that I use coupons and wags at Walgreens multiple times and she said “ then maybe you should go shop there” with a very acidic tone. I couldn’t believe that Walgreens allows that despicable attitude to happen and am very surprised that Walgreens pays their employees to act like that. I told the manager that she does not have to be so nasty and she said (again using her (acidic tone) “ have a nice day”. Not only did she say that once but she repeated it two more times as I was exciting the store. Well that was enough harassment that I could endure to know I mentally can never go back to this Walgreens location. I believe the Walgreens coupon guidelines even says and I quote” Walgreens encourages consumers to use coupons”. Well this appears to be false because Walgreens does not educate their staff on how to accept coupons and wags instead it seems Walgreens encourages their staff to be rude demeaning and disrespectful. Now she did say her name was Tabitha but her name tag did not say that. She was probably in her 20s reddish/orange hair maybe up in a bun glasses maybe green eyes thin lips a little on the heavy side. She also stated she always talks in a high pitched voice which I believe to be untrue. I feel like she was using that high pitched voice only when she was telling me to have a nice day as if she was attempting to intimidate me into an argument. Do I believe she needs to be fired? Absolutely not albeit education is a must and perhaps how to interact with customers in a positive way to entice them to come back to your location.
On an additional note I live in the southeast east region of Michigan so I do have multiple Walgreens I can shop at and have never had the experience that I had today.

Very friendly people they go out of their way to say hello and help out. It’s a big store so sometimes you’ll need to find someone. Photo dept is operated well and service is great.We use the pharmacy and have had no complaints as yet. They’re very good at sending reminders when your scripts are ready for pick up. We’ve only been a customer for less than a year and have experienced good service at the pharmacy.The store is clean with plenty of parking and the shelves are stocked.OTC meds are retail plus , But they actually have stock most of the time.Overall the experience is good for a large chain.When compared to some of the bigger boxes like walmart the service is stellar.

Hands down this is the WORST Walgreens I have ever had an experience with. The manager is incompetent and does not know how to do her job, she refused to help an elderly customer and sent her away to another store. You’d think that a manager of the store would know how to do every aspect of their job, and not neglect a customer.

Aaron at the pharmacy was awesome! He helped me with a prescription that my regular pharmacy didn’t have in stock. Aaron went out of his way to help and is a very nice, efficient young man.

I regularly come here to drop Fedex packages and to buy some groceries. All the staff here are always friendly and welcoming. The store is always clean and well stocked.

This has been my family's pharmacy for over 10 years but since the Covid testing, we are now waiting in line to pick up our medications. This is the 2nd day in a row that we have waited 20mins+ just to pick up 2 prescriptions. They should have a set time for Covid testing if they are going to offer this. Just ridiculous!!!!!

One of the best pharmacies I've ever used. The staff is very nice. Always willing to help with anything you need. The pharmacist always waves to me at the drive thru, they ask if you have any issues or questions with your medicine. Thank you guys for all of your help, for being the awesome people you are!!
