As a senior at UMich and a frequent 7/11 customer, I can say that this location always has everything I need. I come here nearly everyday for snacks or my caffeine fix before studying or going out. Their selection is pretty top notch, and the service is even better. Recently I have formed a friendship with Suvo and he is extremely friendly and considerate, and does a great job every time I gotta checkout. 5/5

There's ALWAYS Room For ImprovementCustomer Service should be provided to EVERYONE. Not just young college students.Disrespect and negative attitudes from 7-Eleven employees is what drives business away from this particular location.

Racist. A lot of the minority workers here are very racist. They are always staring at me weirdly and other times asking me what country I am from, when I am from the United States. Some people have said that maybe they are just curious or they like knowing others in their own community are here. But, I am there to buy product, not there to comfort them. Also, they would not be asking me ethnic questions if I was White. I wish they would just treat me like a white customer. Lastly, they don't seem to understand that America has had minorities for 1000s of years. Just because we have darker skin does not mean we maybe are something you identify with. Seven -Eleven owners and employees need some major diversity training. They need to stop bringing race up with transactions.

The cashier here is costing this location serious business. White male that always wears a hat and is always itching for a smoke. He made audible comments about customers continuing to come in the store because he wanted to step out for a smoke break. Sorry that I am trying to patronize this location?? I asked about lottery and he nearly yelled at me, he was rude and unhelpful. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Incredibly rude location. We all grew up with a 7/11 right? Where I'm from there's a 7/11 for every two miles. It's the place you send your kids to go pick up a slurpee and snack for themselves. Sounds great, right? This place accuses me of stealing every time I visit. Mind you they tolerate the blue collar workers from UM not wearing their mask, entertain the Ann Arbor homeless hanging out asking for free things and also not wearing their mask.Reviews are correct, all this behavior stems from the indian male owner. If you're going to have me bag my own purchase, you can pay me an hourly rate or lower your prices.

I got exactly what I wanted, and the staff there was helpful in setting up my 7-Eleven account.

It was the worst experience, accused of taking something that the seller verified was his mistake, he also expressed himself with RACISTA terms and also all that he did with tourists who do not speak 100% English and who are minors (17 and 14 years), how can there be this type of employee in such a diverse and international place of such prestige as the University of Michigan? Do not go to that place, it is the worst thing in Ann Arbor

Yeah, it isn't as big as the one just north of here. But the people here have been kind to me in my experience and that's what matters. If you have such a problem with the people who hang outside there sometimes, it'd be more worthwhile to actually talk to them / help them than leave rude comments about them on the internet.
