Come to the dispo next door a lot and stop at this 7eleven next to it sometimes and the work who works the night shift is absolute garbage. Horrible customer service. Not stopping here again.

Last night Jay was on shift I believe at 12 am and I was tipsy, on a date, and was really hungry. I didn't have enough so he paid the rest with his own money. I owe him one. Thank you! - Skyler

I don’t know the quality of it during the day. I only come at night, but the stories uncapped, dirty, dirty drunk old man works at the counter, who talks about the chicks that come in the store right in front of customers his friend hangs out in the corner. The dude never greet us smells of alcohol and slurs his speech not just once not just twice but every time I have come in here for years not just 1 but from the time they build this place the guy took my Slurpee right in front of me and threw it away and told me I’m going to jail I’m pretty sure you'll get better service anywhere else disgusted at you 711 for letting that man even work there here’s how they responded to me with this “If you don’t mind please share your phone number so that I can call you and discuss about the issue happened to you at store.” But don’t worry though Vishnu prem is on the job so maybe that’s why they feel it’s all right to price gouge people and clearly have mentally unstable employees and you can clearly have no ties to To the store beyond it in your preview and still somehow work for that place dose this seem like they care about you, no as long as you have money and take the abuse at the counter by the crazy man but it’s OK as long as your female you get a pass and as long as you’re male, he’s gonna start something with you so go ahead shop here when there’s been complain after complain About the same guy even on Google review and it’s kind of funny that when you tell them to contact you only by email they have special rules for them they need to call so they don’t have any paper evidence of how they don’t care about you ,wish they kept the pizza place there Instead, they added this disgusting place with an avaricious management as they feed of you and the students who live and Reside in the area, the management clearly knows of these problems and gladly ignores them And blame it on Troublesome, customer despite the constant report Of the same things Granted, they have been starting to keep the store Cleaner only because people have been constantly complaining One time I did want a pink donut and it did have flies flying around inside the donut rack when we went into grab one, they were stale when this place is classic old man just stood around so keep up your cheap tricks 7-Eleven because it’s easy to write about this place because the store just gives them to you so to put it the storage just isn’t worth your time nor is it worth your time to defend 7-Eleven because they’re only looking out for their shareholders Seven & I Holdings so I guess maybe It’s their cheap tricks so keep using your robot to pretend like you’re here for us, why is it such a punishment to go to the convenience store around here?

Worst 7eleven to stop at. 12 employees hanging out talking about how high they’re going to get tonight when they get off; while 1 works the register. Older man with long white beard needs to be fired. He’s rude and arrogant for someone wearing a back brace and on top of it nobody decided to tel all the customers grabbing a slurpee or fountain drink that they have no straws at all in the building. Then had the balls to rudely tell myself along with the rest of the customers in line that they could not refuse to pay for their drinks. Management is the biggest joke here overall though. I guess they hire anyone nowadays.

Absolute trash. The door says Heinekens are 2 for $4. When I got 4 Heinekens, it should have had been $8 plus tax and deposit, but they'll charge you like $14. Total waste of time. The owner wont do anything about it. There's another liquor store further up the street, and a Shell the other way with way better deals.

I would give zero stars. I just went in there and an old man working said he hates u of m students and when they come in. absolutely ridiculous. Avoid at all costs if you can. Absolutely rude and a d*** to me. Cant believe it

Laborer was tacitly pleasant. They had a bunch of doughnuts just sitting in little bags by the point of sale, away from their cubby. They're not on sale or anything, they're just there. Other store locations in the zip code are more observant of the little things.

Best 7/11 I have ever bought snacks from. Their wings are at least 10 times better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Cashier named ‘Wilson’ gives unbelievable customer service. Treats this store as if he is the owner and will do pretty much anything to win you over as a customer.
