They were able to fix the chip in my windshield quickly! They let my windshield warm up, complete the process, set expectations and explained the process like structural vs cosmetic repair etc., offered coffee and hot chocolate, there were magazines and a TV, toys for kids, comfortable chairs. Nice place for cheaper than safelite and better customer service!

Was so upset that a turkey of all things flew into my windshield. I had my daughter call to get an appt as I was heading to doc appt. She called and got an appt the next day. I was relieved as I didn't know if the broken glass would hold in our Michigan weather.
I came in and was warmly greeted by staff. They assisted me in filing my claim over the phone. I waited in their cozy waiting room. In a short while I was on the road again. So friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend.

My wife went in thinking she had a loose windshield. Joe was kind enough to check out the entire car - discovering it was a sunroof issue instead - and fixed it for free in ~20 minutes. Thank you Joe and Cindy!
