Called the shop and was quoted (more than once) '$25 per PPF door cup installed' for parts and labor on my sedan- was also advised that upon install date, quote was already entered into their system and will be rung up as such by whomever is here that day upon payment time. Had the misfortune of having this installed when the owner was there- professional guy in person, but unprofessional in business ethics- he charged me '$50 per door cup. I know this amount of money is peanuts, but it's the flawed principle (in what essentially amounts to a forced $100 tip) that is quite bothersome....this is also a good way to lose customers IMHO.

All I got to say about A2 Customs is this, if you go anywhere else, you’re shortchanging yourself. Eric, Brandon, and Drew are in a league of their own! Nobody in Ann Arbor or surrounding areas can touch the quality, the creativity, or the craftsmanship that these guys are capable of! They have done every single one of my vehicles. I will not go anywhere else! I can’t thank you guys enough!

This is the best place to go in washtenaw county for window tinting (they offer other services and customizations for you car but i have only used them for window tinting). I have had 5 cars done by A2 customs over the years and have never had any issues, and not a single bubble. Their customer service is outstanding, and the product quality/quality of work is 2nd to none. I will continue to bring all of my cars here, and will continue to recommend A2 customs.

Just had my brand new Lexus tinted and PPF both were horrible I saw reviews like everyone else went there PPF not properly installed it’s peeling off and worst thing my front windshield lots of small bubbles and and also a big bubble white bubble which is air won’t go away they said they will fix it but already been to this shop for 2 times this will 3rd wasting time and money not to mention gas money going back and forth very disappointed would not recommend to anyone don’t fall for the review like I did take it a shop that knows and does the job right first time

I have had multiple vehicles tinted, PPF'd, paint corrected, ceramic coated you name it. Have send friends, family and customers to them. They do great work, stand behind their products and are always on time. Make sure you give them a shot if you are thinking about doing any work to your vehicle!

These guys aren’t close to me but the quality of work is something no one comes close to. PPF was installed perfectly and can’t even tell it’s there until they pointed it out. The tint is perfect! Lastly, the detail and ceramic coat Drew from Showroom finish put on is out of this world. Brought them a car with 200 miles on it which should have perfect paint. My car looks 10x better than it was from the factory.
