I've been with A2 Hosting for about 6-8months and up until a month ago I thought they were the best. I've reached out for support via chat a couple of times and via phone and no one answers nor respond to the chat. I'm getting a server issue on my website when a customer tries to sign up or contact me. This is bad for my business and it need to be resolved.

We were with A-2 Hosing for quite a bit. I paid early every month. Much to my surprise in March 2024, I asked for my invoice and it was horrible. The company raised my payment took off the military discount without tellng me. We cancelled our account and moved on. This is a sign the company does not care about customers. When I call for the billing office I get no one. I had to send a message to the billig office. It was stressful and we will not recommed anyone deal with this company.Our web site kept going down and we wondered what was going on. We got our answer. This is a sure thing... if A-2 billing tries to take money out now that we have cancelled our Corperate Lawyer stands ready with a lawsuit.

I have been using A2 hosting since last six years and if there is some super latimer degree of satisfied than that is what I am of their services. Not only have they have been prompt but also very helpful and patient is resolving my issues/queries. I would highly recommend them.

Even 1 star is too much! They finally reply to an abuse report after 5 weeks, telling me the content is no longer active, and thus no action is taken. Recent research by Google showed that such websites only exist for 10 minutes, so by delaying their reply this much, they are actively supporting abuse and scams!
