I called ACE Hardware today, and the employee told me to wait, then hung up on me. That’s very disrespectful and unprofessional. I was just trying to ask a simple question, and this kind of customer service is not acceptable.

Cashier was super friendly and tried his hardest to help, needed to meet $500 limit In my total kept coming to $496. I asked if there was any online items I could possibly order that were cheaper that way I can meet that threshold instead of spending $35 just for the four dollar difference, the bald head manager didn’t even want to come and address me or assist in anyway I had to keep turning around to the back of the store to see what was going on, I’m sure there’s more items from that line of product. I could’ve bought online in addition to my items to meet that threshold, but since the manager didn’t wanna help, I had to go with the more expensive item.

Came into the store about two weeks ago. I hardly went there because employees were rude and no help!!
This time totally different. A lady working there went above and beyond. She was so helpful and nice. As long as she is there I will keep coming. Wish I knew her name
