I had a very disappointing experience at the Apple Store last week. I brought in an accessory that I purchased last year — a product made by a brand officially partnered with Apple. Since it not works, I simply wanted to ask whether it could be repaired, exchanged, or returned.
At first, the staff told me “of course we can help” and asked me to sit down and wait for the technician. After waiting for about 15 minutes, another employee came over and suddenly told me that Apple does NOT repair or replace accessories from partner brands, and that I would need to contact the brand myself.
I tried to ask basic questions such as: What is the repair or replacement policy? How do I contact the correct service team? If I bought it from a third-party retailer, would the brand still repair it?
The staff's answer was simply: “We don’t know.” This was extremely confusing and frustrating. Apple sells partner-brand accessories in their own stores, yet the employees cannot explain anything about the repair process? Even worse, I was first told that Apple could handle it — only to be told the opposite after making me wait for so long.

JC is the man! I had a really frustrating issue with Apple’s corporate repair services and when I brought my product back to the store to discuss this, JC handled my situation in mere minutes. Great guy to work with and super friendly and helpful!

Friendly staff and greeters. Horrible customer service from the repair department staff. I needed the battery replaced on my iPhone, while the work was being done the screen protector on my phone was damaged during the repair. Apple staff offered to sell me a new screen protector for $40. When I expressed my annoyance their response was these things happen you signed off Apple being responsible when you signed the disclaimers. Poor customer service Apple should have replaced or offered a discount when their employees damage a customer’s phone

I’ve come in twice in the past few days and EVERY employee was soooo helpful and nice. A super kind lady helped me with the Vision Pro demo. I wish I remembered her name so I could shout her out. But anyways, highly recommend this store!

I am surprised the ratings are so low. I've been shopping here for years and I've never had a bad experience here. The mall is a bit of a zombie mall but I'm glad it still has an Apple Store.

I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service I received today from the members at this Apple location. When I first stepped in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a nice handshake from a gentleman. Shannon and Melodie ended up helping me with replacing my iPad, (which got run over by a car), and all I can say is 5/5 all around. Cudos to whoever hired these two kind ladies — their professionalism and expertise was on point. Promote these two individuals so they can lead and train more people to be like them! Y’all rock.

Do not buy the Apple care warranty it’s a waist of money Apple is Theiefs and so is there workers
$14.99 a month for 9 month gone they want to fix a phone and not replace it after the messed it up

As long as you don’t go in acting like a Karen then you’ll have a stellar experience. I’ve seen so many customers acting like it’s the employee’s fault they don’t know their own Apple ID password. Shannon helped me get a replacement iPhone 15 pro for $99 since I have apple care. Super smooth experience with an appointment booked.
