Very racist,bad customer service, I get treated differently and get helped last every time I come in.they only act this way towards Arabs not just me.at every Apple Store there are atleast 2 Arab workers but here there are non witch also makes my point,

Great experience today! I had an appt at the Genius Bar which I made the night before. Ian was courteous, patient, and succinctly walked me through some options to address the issues with my Mac. While waiting, I casually observed the interactions of other Apple employees and was impressed with their kindness toward customers and one another. I would definitely consider returning to this specific Apple store in the future.

My recent visit to the Apple Store at Briarwood Mall in Ann Arbor, MI, left me with mixed feelings. While the store itself exudes the sleek and modern aesthetic Apple is known for, my experience purchasing the iPhone 15 Plus was overshadowed by a frustrating encounter.The staff at the store were generally knowledgeable and courteous, guiding me through the various options for the iPhone 15 Plus. However, the downside was the noticeable pressure to purchase AppleCare insurance. The emphasis on this additional coverage felt pushy and created an uncomfortable atmosphere during the purchasing process.While I understand the importance of offering protection plans, the level of insistence on AppleCare detracted from the overall positive experience I expected. It left me feeling pressured and somewhat discouraged, which is not the customer experience I've come to associate with Apple.Moving forward, I hope the Apple Store at Briarwood Mall takes feedback into consideration and revisits their approach to selling additional services. As a loyal Apple customer, the pressure to purchase insurance has made me hesitant about returning to this specific location in the future. I trust that Apple will continue to prioritize providing a seamless and customer-friendly shopping experience.

Drove almost an hour to be treated like garbage. All I needed was an estimate for court purposes and all I received was attitude and frustration from one of the female employees and her male manager. Unfortunately, none of these workers wear name tags so I cannot inform you about the terrible customer service that you will endure while you’re here.In the end, I stood my ground and refused to give up knowing that I had every right to receive a printed out invoice for court purposes.

Actually my last interaction with Brad at Apple was probably one of my better experiences. I'll repeatedly have the same experience of being hacked, and it's like guessing what's in a box of chocolates, you never know what type of person you're going to get to help you. Some are great, like Brad, acknowledging the possibility of my being hacked, but there are others who have blatantly said there's no way I could be hacked, while I'm listening to someone at a nearby location in the same store indicating a similar experience. Brad acknowledged that there was always someone who may be able to get around the protective barriers for individual accounts and indicated that Apple was always trying to maintain the best possible security systems even though someone else is always trying to figure out a way to bypass the security systems in place. I appreciated that acknowledgement and his attempt to make my account secure again. Assuming that the elderly are completely incompetent and that they aren't capable of rationalizing when someone is dismissing their concerns, is insulting. I thank Brad, for his attention to my multiple concerns and his efforts to resolve them without any indication of dismissal. I'm very appreciative. Thank you ? ?

David was great and swift with helping me solve my technical issue and explained some features about my iPhone. I’ll pass along one of the tips I learned today to save your battery life (that may be obvious to some but not to me lol)…go to settings < general < background app refresh < then move the toggles off for the apps that you aren’t constantly using so that they aren’t updating behind the scenes especially for people with many apps or have games for their kids. Then if you want to use them again just turn them on and let the app refresh what it hadn’t updated in the time you had it off.

It was very busy, even with scheduling an apt with a genius consultant, (a day ahead). They were very good with helping explaining some options on the hot battery and black screen after taking a few pics. This was after the iOS upgrade 16.x

I went to the Apple Store to get my phone repaired, I had the appointment at 1PM and arrived at 1:04. They checked me in and let me wait for 30 minutes and told me that my appointment was cancelled and checked me again. I waited for another half an hour but nobody came to help me. Very horrible experience with Apple.
