My MacBook took a small fall and appeared to have no damage, but would not work. I took it to Apple and another well reviewed repair place and both told me it was toast or $500 to replace a costly piece.For the past 2 years I’ve used a cheaper replacement option, until I was recommended to try Apples and Oranges after complaining about missing my Mac. They fixed it for $90 within 2 hours, no major part or battery replacement required! I was so shocked and glad I held on to it. Thank you guys so much!

They were great! I have a Lenovo Yoga laptop and had issues with the hinges. I brought it in and they were able to turn it around in only a few days. Very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I had a weird problem with my iPhone: part of a charging cable got stuck inside the charging port. I brought it on a Saturday morning and the person there was great at customer service (there were other two people at the store) and also very patient when trying to take out the broken piece stuck in with tiny tweezers. He succeeded after a few minutes and that made me a happy customer. I now know they are capable to deal with weird problems with the iPhones too!

We were desperate to get my husband’s work frim home computer to function. Amir came out and a few clicks later he recovered his work files. Amir also gave us good advice about where to purchase a replacement for aging computer. Wonderful service. 5 stars

The apple store quoted me ~800 to repair my dead 5 year old intel Macbook Pro and said they would be unable to recover the data. A&O quoted a fraction of that and said there was minimal data risk. The repair was successful and I'm grateful!

My Mac was running extremely slow so I took it to Apples and Oranges. They upgraded the OS and the drive, it runs like a new computer now.

The person I dealt with at Apples and Oragnes in Ann Arbor was wonderful. My computer had been hacked but I needed it the next day for some zoom meetings. He repaired it faster than normal and I was able to get to my commitments.

I have had multiple devices repaired by the team at the Ann Arbor location. Screen replacements on two notebook computers and most recently a screen replacement on my smart phone. All have gone exceeding well. Great communication and fast turn-around. Very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Apples and Oranges!

Great Customer Service, Incredibly Fast Repair!Went in to repair display of my laptop. The customer service was great and they offered me a new computer screen. The process was finished in about 3 hours. I took my computer in before my class and got it back right after. Super convenient! I had to take the computer back for replacement of the screen and that only took about 2-3 days. This is the fastest computer repair service on campus! The apple store would have taken at least a week and the Umich tech shop would take even longer. If you're looking for fast repair with wonderful service, go to Apples and Oranges!

Every interaction I had with A&O was pleasant, from the first time I called to inquire about their pricing to when I picked it up. We discussed what could be wrong with the device and what maximum possible cost could be. They were able to fix it, and it was what they told me it would be. I'll return if I ever need some type of service again. I rarely give 5 star reviews.

Great team over here at Apples & Oranges! I shipped my PC from home, and had an issue with the computer booting up properly after unpacking it from the shipping box. Seth and Amir were really great in diagnosing my computer and getting it working properly!
