I had a great experience here when I went in for a brake inspection and tire rotation. They said I still had some life in my brake pads and identified a battery terminal issue that could lead to some issues down the line (the terminals were incredibly rusty and I had been ignoring it lol) and they did great work. Chuck and Mike at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is so awesome. It really helped me out while my car was in the shop. Mark, the shuttle driver, was so nice, personable, and a joy to talk to. Don't sleep on this shop, they do good work and won't try to sell you services you don't need!

I recently took my 2013 Audi A6 to ArborMotion for some repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. They serviced the front brakes on my 2009 Audi A4 Quattro 2.0. Made an appointment, received a written estimate, and dropped the car off, Work was performed as promised, completed on time and within estimate. The payment process was quick and easy. Very satisfied. Highly recommended.

My 2017 Porsche 911 Turbo S began to code, front spoiler failure whenever exceeding 75 mi/hr on the expressway. Took it to the Porsche dealership and they diagnosed a leak in the middle front spoiler air chamber. Their estimate was $8,600 to replace the entire front spoiler assembly, as they explained it's all one part and can't be fixed!
A week later I spoke to Sebastian, the owner of ArborMotion, in Ann Arbor and he asked me to let them take a look at it. They're diagnosis was a leak in the middle air chamber near the inlet hose off the pump. It required removal of the front end to get access to the leak. They were able to successfully find and fix the leak with a kind of rubber cement adhesive. The adhesive was given a day to cure, the spoiler was deployed and watched for another day to assess the air seal. The repair was a success, the front end was reassembled, and I picked up the 911 Turbo S later that afternoon!
Oh, one more thing. Since no parts were replaced and the repair involved the use of only a rubber adhesive, the charge was labor only. Total charge, 6 hours of labor, $1100. That amounted to a $7500 savings. The car now performs exquisitely. I couldn't be happier! The entire organization at ArborMotion is second to none. The owner, Sebastian, manager Chuck, technician Tyler, and the entire team were outstanding. They're honesty and expertise sets them apart from everyone else in Ann Arbor, Michigan!

I had my Mercedes ML in for check engine diagnosis and they were able to diagnose the problem, do extra tests to confirm the diagnosis, and charged me a fair price for the repair (especially when compared to the dealership). They were quick to order the part - less than a week- and finished the job in a day. Very very happy with their service and I feel confident in trusting them.
