If you need the best work done with the best parts, this is the place to go. I had to have all my brakes done and it took a few hours longer due to their practice of getting the best parts for my Miata. I have been taking our cars to ArborMotion for years and have had a good experience every time. Recently took my wife's car there because of a loud clunking in the front end. I was impressed with how much effort they put in to locating the problem. Many shops would just have suggested replacing everything. Instead, they replaced one axle, which clearly was bad, and then located the noise coming from a lower control arm. Their work is always high quality and customer service is excellent.

Brought my car in because it wouldn't start. Mentioned that the battery may be dead due to trying to start the car, but when I charged the battery it would crank but not start the car. Person I spoke to said no problem just bring it in and we'll have a technician look at it to see why it won't start.After dropping off the car, I get a quote a day later for about $600. $376 was to replace my battery because it was dead. $77 to test if my alternator was working. $154 to do a code scan/overall health scan. These charges were on top of the original $154 to look at the car.I called them and asked if they learned anything as to why the car isn't starting (the reason I brought it in for). They said the next steps were to approve everything they invoiced me for so they can look into it. They said I brought it in and the battery was dead, so there was nothing they could do for why it wasn't starting (I guess they can't charge a battery like I did?). I repeated what I originally said when I called and argued for awhile why they never looked into the car not starting. Eventually he understood and apologized saying the technician "got ahead of himself". We agreed I could put in my own new battery over the weekend (it was on warranty) and they would look into the no-start problem fresh on Monday.I installed the battery and on Monday they called again to explain all the charges for looking into why the car won't start. I asked what about everything that was discussed Friday and he said he would look at his notes to remind himself what happened and call me back. I never received a call back.The next day I got a call and they AGAIN tried to get me to approve all of the work/charges without ever looking into why the car won't start or explaining what happened to what was discussed. I was very confused because he said he would call me back the day before with an explanation. Eventually talked to a manager who told me to get the car towed to a different mechanic.Amazingly, that manager called me back a couple hours later saying he "read through what happened and now understands" and also apologized to me. However, no remedy was ever offered and I still had to tow my car to a new shop.Overall a massive waste of 3 days for a simple no-start test. Left with nothing learned about the car and still had to get it checked out at a different shop. Brought my car here because of the other positive reviews but I received nothing but complications and very confusing customer service.

We agreed on, and scheduled, a service date for a 9 hour repair on my M3, with me providing all the BMW parts. One day prior to the shop date Mike called. I was told there was a problem, and they would either need to keep my car for over a week, or I could reschedule the service for another date two weeks in the future. Absolutely unprofessional customer service.

I got an alignment done on my vehicle. Steering still seemed offset after alignment. Brought it back in and they corrected the issue with no hesitation or arguing. I really appreciated the professionalism and great customer service. Highly recommend!

God-bless em... and you know they're the best people to see if you have a foreign vehicle...hands down best in 5 years!!... I have a 2008 silver 335 i twin turbo with 39,000 miles on it...what I had done would have cost me double at BMW dealership!!!.... my car runs and sounds like a brand new car!!..lol..love these guys!!...
