The manager we saw today was fantastic. He greeted us as soon as we walked in and helped us through every single question. He tried to save us money every step of the way. Never was pushy, answered questions even off topic. He was so helpful and I would absolutely return because of this.

The store was locked when I arrived, during store hours. There was a sign on the door saying, “on break est. 30 m” ! How am I supposed to know when you left? Am I waiting 1 minute or 30? I waited 10 minutes and left. When I came back an hour later the door was still locked. I had to pull on it in order for a customer in the store to let me in. The worker whose name was Fadl, was extremely rude to me, ignoring me for quite a while while he chatted with the other customer about their jobs and their personal lives. Another couple came in, after also being locked out, and were ignored until they left without being helped. I finally had a brief conversation with Fadl where he was absolutely no help at all with the issue I was having. He spoke very rudely to me and I left without being helped.

Sam! You are the Only person with ATTwho could help me after 20 min trying to follow prompts then 29 minutes w a phone representative who has No Clue or power to help but told me to "go to an ATTstore".....you helped me in less than 1 minutes..THANX SAM

EDIT: I emailed the company that responded to this review saying they care. They never emailed back. And I just paid my $320 bill with no recourse.
I took my son in to upgrade his 12 to a 15. That's it. Just an upgrade. Joey told me that if we added two lines our bill would actually be less, and we'd get an extra iphone. It sounded too good to be true, but he convinced me that it was just a matter of all of the discounts you get with a 4-line plan (there are only two of us). A few days later I started getting notifications from ATT that he had signed those other lines up for plans and extra add-ons, and when I looked at my account it was a total mess. I called ATT and I took everything back to the store, had Tyler help us (who was great), and he got things back to where they belonged. Guess what? I got an ATT bill this morning for $320. Our bill is normally $175. I'm on hold with them now. I feel completely swindled. I could not recommend this store any less unless you get Tyler. Joey is just trying to make commissions off of you.
UPDATE after talking to ATT: I'm on the hook for the $320 bill. They were able to cancel the lines though, although it was like pulling teeth. I'd say this store owes me $150.

I question the competency of the employees at this store. At least the one I spoke with. I received a bill for $270 for two phone lines, which did not seem right, so I went in to have him break it down for me. The original AT&T I went to was on Ann Arbor-Saline Rd. and the guy there told me my bill would be $120/month. The employee at this store told me to go back to the Ann Arbor-Saline store because he didn’t know. He was very rude as well. He didn’t even make eye contact with me. Needless to say, I won’t be going back to this store since your employees are incompetent and lazy.

If you ever want great service I highly recommend this AT&T Store 5609 Jackson Rd. Ann Arbor. The store Manager Joey Krancich was very helpful and answered my questions about purchasing a new phone. The store was very clean and I was a very satisfied customer. So if you want great customer service this is the place to be. Five stars*****

The worst customer service of my life and i am 80 years old. The clerk refused to process my return. He lied repeatedly about returns, restocking and everything in between. My suggestion. Bypass ATT and shop elsewhere for phone service

Stopped into the ATT store for a few issues I was having. The ATT store associate, Joey, went over and above to resolve the issues, as well as saving me some money by streamlining my bill. 2 Thumbs up and would recommend again!
