I would have given this store 5 stars from my experiencing at signing but ever since I have regretted my choice in using AT&T. Our bill is never was the estimated total was promised to be. I was promised “free” accessories with a purchase but turns out it just continues to be hidden fees and credits that lock you into your plan (which has terrible coverage for the ann arbor/saline area) for 36 months. I’m disappointed, frustrated, and feel taken advantage of.

Ron, at the store, was smart, friendly, listening to what I asked, didn’t make me feel awkward for not knowing the latest Tech details… Couldn’t have been better, and saved me unnecessary spending. I’ll be back!

I arrived at this store at 10am(opening time) and was greeted by Ron Sturgill. I was in the store for a total of 3 hours with billing issues, product ignorance, and all kinda needs. Ron took care of me! He knew what I needed more than I did. He never lost patience, never showed frustration, and most of all he knew his shit! His interaction with his co-workers never waned. I even heard him ask Ryan for help. I feel like I will never want another tech outside of Ron to help me. I recommended Ron and this store to the whole world.

A great experience that reinforces the value of non-artificial intelligence. This store took the ordering mess I made online and turned it into what I actually wanted. Not sure how I got through the confirmation page online with all the issues I had, but Ryan at the store fixed them all... wrong device, transfer of number, transfer of data, phone trade-in. Good human interaction can never be replaced by technology.
