I've gone to this AT&T store for a few years. Every time I walk in, my questions are answered. They go above and beyond to make sure they're giving you the best deal! I want to give a shout out to Ron, Allyssa, and Ryand. You guys are the best! I hope the company also recognizes how awesome you guys are!! It also frustrates me that they have negative reviews because I've watched them help other customers, and they always do their best to make sure everyone is being taken care of!

I feel I was cheated at this store. I was told that I could buy a new plan with additional lines AND a promo would provide me roughly $500 in equipment without additional charge. I found out later that I was financing this $500 over 12 months, with the equipment cost added to my plan at $50 additional per month. When I found out about this, I was told "well, we could not have gotten you a plan for less than this anyway, and it was a wash to add the $50 in free equipment. NO ONE explained this to me at the time, and the 'after the fact' explanation strikes me as very dubious. Rather than tell me I could not keep my plan close to $370, and that my new plan would be $415 or so, they simply sold me the equipment and told me about the fact that the had no plan in the range I was looking for less than the $415 anyway. This seems like an 'after the fact' explanation for why I was led to 'buy' a bunch of equipment as part of a promo, rather than an up front description of my plan price. I will write a letter to the Michigan AG about this shady marketing and pricing strategy. Total failure to explain what was happening, and a total misrepresentation of a "promo" that probably didn't exist. Perhaps my letter, combined with others, will help put pressure on AT&T to stop these shady business practices.

The gentleman greeted and helped us with his friendly and professional manner. He took time looking into the best possible options for my inquiry. I am pleased with his suggestion and services. His name is Ron. He presented an exceptional customer service. He could easily be a team leader!

Ron at the Ann Arbor-Saline Rd location was outstanding. He was very patient with me and has amazing customer service skills. He walked me through my new phone plan and got me the products I needed that best fit me. He turned a stressful experience for me into a seamless one. He is awesome!

Ron at the AT&T store on Ann Arbor-Saline Rd., Ann Arbor is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, calm, patient, and kind. His customer service skills are outstanding! He makes sure you leave the store with exactly the product(s) you want that meet your needs, the most cost effective plan for you, and with all of your questions answered. If he doesn’t have the product or information you are seeking, he will call other AT&T stores to find it for you as quickly as possible. When I got home with my new phone, my daughter, who just got hers a couple of weeks ago, asked if I got Ron. When I said yes, she replied “He is the best!”

Ryand and Ron are super helpful and friendly!!! Highly recommend working with them! We had a terrible experience with our other provider and they took a lot of time to get us switched over and make sure everything was right.

In June of 2023 I went to this authorized AT&T retailer for the purpose of upgrading an existing iPhone. The store manager at the time recommended a plan that was supposed to have saved me money, but his advice was discovered to be inaccurate when I received my first bill and spoke with directly with AT&T customer service. I tried returning the new phone within the allowed 14-day grace period but was advised that my old phone had been shipped out to a company warehouse and this couldn’t be done.After working directly with AT&T, I was finally able to undo the erroneous recommendation of this store manager and finally have the matter resolved. While I remain a big fan of AT&T wireless, I highly suggest you find another retail outlet or purchase your new phone and plan directly from AT&T.

This AT&T store location on Ann Arbor / Saline road is amazing. Every time I am there - they have a staff person who knows the details, presents multiple options, and solves my problems in the best cost-minded way. I could never get to the options or detailed explanation they provide by just working in my online account (I have tried). My most recent visit was with Ron Sturgill. He is the best account rep yet (they've all been good). He went through all possible options to help me with broken phone and my overall cell phone plan, and got me up and running within the store visit. Also very personable and friendly. Especially in a time when customer service has declined, Ron is amazing, and the team at this store goes above and beyond.

CAME INTO THE STORE AND DAVID IS WHO HELPED ME AND WHEN I TELL YOU HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET ME WHAT I WANTED I EVEN GOT MORE THAN I CAME FOR AT NOT COST BESIDE SALES TAX I WAS VERY WELL PLEASED WITH LEVEL OF SERVICE I RECEIVED AND THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY DAVID HE IS DEFINITELY NUMBER 1 IN MY BOOK AND I WILL PROBABLY NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE HE ALSO HELPED ME SWITCH TO ATT I WAS WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND HE MADE EVERYTHING PAINLESS AS POSSIBLE DAVID I WISHED I COULD GIVE YOU 100 STARS BECAUSE YOU DESERVE THAT AND SOME THANKS FOR ALL YOU DID AND DO FOR PEOPLE BECAUSE I KNOW ITS MORE THAN ME YOU'VE HELPED YOU'RE ONE IN A MILLION. Amanda was incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful. Plenty of insight and great information on what options were right for me and my needs.Everyone at the store was upbeat and it is obvious that they all work well with one another. Easily one of the best customer service interactions that I have had in several years.

Alyssa was a pleasure to work with. She was exceedingly knowledgeable about the process of moving from Verizon to AT&T. Her prior experience, having worked for Verizon, made the process seamless and easy. The entire staff was cordial and made all the customers feel welcomed. Instead of dreading going to the cellular store, I would look forward to future opportunities to use their services.
