I can’t say enough about the service at Audi of Ann Arbor. I was getting a “MAX OIL” warning on my A8 and called the service department for guidance. Jeff Robin, my Service Advisor, assured me that they would get it resolved quickly, if I were able to bring the car in for service. I showed up, two days later and without an appointment. Jeff greeted me, took the keys and had it turned around in under 10 minutes. Great experience and I won’t take my car anywhere else for service!

Regarding my request to pay for a bore scope inspection. Instead of charging me shop time and simply doing the inspection; I was roped into an oil consumption test scam. Buy a brake flush and we will inspect your piston skirting for free beginning with an oil consumption test. The oil consumption test is mis leading and inherently fraudulent due to my engine oil overfilled by one, 1/2 quart of oil on a fresh change. This is done in hopes that Audi owners may not actually own a dipstick and simply rely on a “full” oil meter to thwart any readable consumption within 500 miles. I was alerted to check the oil with a proper CWGD dip stick for my 21 SQ5 as I left the Ann Arbor garage and oil temperatures reached 225 degrees under low stress conditions rather quickly. Thanks guys for all of your help building trust in your brand!!

My experience at this dealership has been nothing short of exceptional. Anna the sales associate I worked with for not one but two purchases now and she was so caring, helpful, and determined to help get both myself and a family member into the exact vehicles we wanted. She made the process seamless, which is rare in purchasing a car. I highly recommend working with her and the team at Audi of Ann Arbor. Thank you Anna and team!

We worked with Anthony Jackson, and had the best experience. My partner and I are considering purchasing a new car, and Anthony was patient enough to go through all of our available options. The visit lasted a few hours, and Anthony was there the entire time to support us. Although we decided against purchasing a vehicle at this time, I can’t wait to go back and work with Anthony. He is one of the best salesman I have worked with and I’ve purchased 10+ cars over the last 10 years. I highly recommend working with him if you have the opportunity. His enthusiasm and knowledge of the product is unmatched, and his patience is unwavering.

I stopped by the dealership and this 2024 Acura Integra Type S instantly caught my eye. I didn’t even realize it was a manual until I sat in it—but my salesman, Dean, was awesome and literally taught me how to drive stick in under five minutes.
He was super personable, professional, and just easy to work with. You can tell he really enjoys what he does and cares about his customers. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
I absolutely love my car and will definitely be sending friends, colleagues, and family his way. Thanks again, Dean!

Unfortunately had a very poor experience with Dean in sales that turned me off from this dealership entirely.
I am in the market for a Q5 and had inquired online about some of the vehicles in their inventory and was matched up with Dean. I fell off from my search for a bit due to personal circumstances, but continued to be bombarded with calls and texts.
I know that's pretty standard for the car buying experience, so no harm done. The issue came on Friday when I got a flat tire on my current vehicle. When I was in the middle of back-to-back calls to and from my insurance and the tow truck company, I got a call from Dean. When I realized it was a sales call and not one of the calls I was waiting to receive about my flat tire emergency, I hung up.
I'll be the first to say that I should have explained right there that I needed to keep my phone line open and could not take his call, but in the midst of the stressful situation, I hung up and went back to dealing with my flat tire.
Dean then proceeded to send me a condescending text message about how rude it was to hang up on him. Yes, it was rude, but as someone who also works in sales and cold calling, it's a part of the job that you should be prepared for and shouldn't take too seriously.
Even after I explained to him via text that I was dealing with a flat and needed to keep my phone line open, he continued to berate me and question how I could possibly text back if my situation was true. He felt incredibly entitled to my time and attention regardless of what I had going on in my personal life. My bad for assuming that there was anything more important in life than talking to a car salesman.
Just an overall terrible first impression from him that will prevent me from ever doing business with this dealership.
Dean, buddy, respect is earned, not owed. You are not owed anyone's time. You are a used car salesman. Get used to rejection and try not to take it personally. Good luck with your Q4 quotas.

I received the proposal for an EV on September 25 and made it clear that the EV tax credit was the main reason I was purchasing an electric vehicle. I specifically explained the IRS guidelines required to qualify for the EV tax credit. I put down a deposit on September 26. However, the dealership waited until after business hours on the very last day of EV tax credit eligibility (September 30) to send me the wrong documents—documents that made me ineligible for the credit.
I lost all ability to claim any EV tax credit due to their negligence and incompetence. I even sent all documentation and proof to the General Manager directly, but no one resolved the issue or followed up.
Horrible dealership. I do not recommend doing business with them.
