Brian Young is the absolute best. I trained with him for 2 years while studying at University of Michigan and could not trust anyone more when it comes to fitness. He’s extremely knowledgeable, and always pushed me in the best possible way to accomplish my goals and make me stronger. I couldn’t recommend him more.
