we’re long term clients of this banfield, from back when it was inside petsmart. love the convenience of drop off appointments. wait times can sometimes be long, but it’s because they spend a quality amount of time with each client. they’re always very accommodating to us. highly recommend their wellness plans to maximize the value of your pets healthcare.

Great experience with my pets care. They always did a great job and we were clients for several years. Sometimes the wait time got to be too long, but most of the time they were on time. I recently visited and found out my dog was very sick (already old) and was suffering. I made the decision to let him cross the rainbow bridge and the staff was so kind and warm. I know people don't like to think about putting down a pet, but they made this experience less painful by being patient, answering all of my questions, and they let me hold and comfort my dog in the process. They have options for burial and cremation as well. Definitely don't recommend having to say goodbye to a pet, but if you have to do it, do it here. Thanks Dr. F.

We feel safe bringing our furry friends here. The staff is also kind with our pets and the doctors are very compassionate, knowledgeable and trustworthy

I had brought my dog in for an infection in his right ear, which was treated and healed nicely. A few weeks later at his check-up for his right ear, the vet had mentioned that his left ear was looking a little inflamed, and that we should "keep an eye on it". Quite literally the next day his left ear was bright red, swollen, and causing pain to him. I called back and tried to schedule a follow-up visit for him, but was told the soonest I could get in was more than a week later, so I took that and tried my best to treat it at home. After I was able to get my dog back in to get treated for his left ear, I asked the staff why they did not treat his ear as soon as they saw it was irritated. To which I was told by the vet, and I quote, "I got my lefts and rights mixed up". So my dog was in unnecessary pain for over a week because the staff could not tell which ear they had previously treated. And now, I was supposed to have three of my pets (which are all on wellness plans) get their teeth cleaned tomorrow, only to be told less than 24 hours in advance that they will not have surgery staff for the procedure tomorrow for two of them and that I need to reschedule after I have already taken time off work. And now I am being told that I have to wait another month to get their dental cleanings done...All in all, very disappointed with the service that I am receiving, especially considering how much I am paying every month for their wellness plans. Why offer a wellness plan when I have to wait weeks to get my pets seen??

Always a long wait, and they are always overbooked and understaffed! which means your baby will need to be in a chaotic kennel for much longer than needed. The location is good, vey is good, but everything else is not.

Worst place ever. I had an appointment there a couple of weeks ago, and I was greeted by the front desk lady attacking me about the bill. She was looking at the wrong account and never bothered to apologize. She was highly unprofessional and abrupt with me. After I was put in a room with my Yorkie, I actually decided to leave. I didn't feel comfortable letting them near my dog. If they employ such a rude and aggressive front desk person, I don't want to go there. Absolutely awful, cold and uncaring service.

Very poor time management/customer service skills. I took my dog to get his vaccinations and did a “drop off.” The staff working the front desk took the guy who was after my appt first and I was there an extra 30 minutes waiting. When I picked my dog up, the same girl working the front desk said she was going to check for an update on my dog then never followed up or tried checking me out while she was making small talk with a guy who was already taken care of. I also asked to have an emailed copy of invoice/vaccinations which I had to call back and ask for again the next day. Not a very good first experience to be ignored 3 times when I’m a paying customer.

This visit was better than the visits we did before, unfortunately the previous visits we had before the tuff in the front desk they weren't nice like staff that was working today. Not sure if the hospital has new staff but they were completely nice, very patient and definitely willing to help us with any questions or information. Very happy to see the results after the cleaning dental that our dogs had.

Poor experiences with medication refills. This isn’t the first time, but the worst time. I called on Thursday to get a prescription refill for my dog and they told me a doctor could not approve it until Saturday. Since this medication is for pain management after our dog’s surgery, he could not wait, so we got the refill from the surgical center. They just called me (Tuesday) to tell me the refill cannot happen because they need to see my dog. They just saw him a little over a month ago. Additionally, he cannot travel due to the surgery. I cannot imagine waiting until five days later to call someone to tell them that their dog cannot get the medication they need. It doesn’t seem like our dog’s comfort/care is their priority.

I try to avoid going to this banfield whenever possible. Unfortunately, they had an appointment available sooner than our original banfield that we had to take. An appointment that should have taken 20 minutes tops turned into a 2 hour waste of time. We were ridiculed for the type of flea and tick prevention my pets were on, even though they are on a great preventative year round, and the techs and staff were condescending. My dog was crying in the backroom while they waited for a test to finish, and I could hear the vet go "alright I'm done with that," and put her back in the room without saying anything to me. $45 for a "professional service fee" to have a health certificate signed without even speaking to said professional is a joke.

It was requested that we come in earlier for our appointment. The rep asked health history questions , etc. We drove over thirty miles, to be told that it is drop off only. This was not mentioned online or over the phone. I do not recommend. BPH if your policy/practice does not change, inform potential clients online or by phone!

I have been going to this vet for nine years. In the last couple of years, it has started to get very challenging to get appointments or speak directly with the vet. They concentrate heavily on drop offs, so they can see many pets and not give you a lot of personal attention. I had two in person appointments scheduled yesterday. After waiting for 30 minutes the tech came in and asked me 20 minutes of questions and said the vet is not available to come in room, but I can take them back to get their shots and check up, she has to watch pets that are very ill. When I asked why I wasn’t called to be rescheduled she said I could reschedule now if I wanted to. After an hour, I did not want to come back so I allowed them to be taken back. After they had been taken back and given their shots, I waited over 30 minutes to get the vet notes and details of what was done and was told that the vet was tied up on a phone call for over 45 minutes. I asked if she could just give me a call when she got off and I could leave (since at this point I had been there two hours) and they said yes. I never got a phone call. I called this morning to ask for the details of the check up and the shots they were given and was told that the vet would “try” to call me this afternoon at 3:30. But if she was unable to today, she might have to tomorrow. There is very little “care” going on at this vet, much more factory in and out.UPDATE: as of 545 still no contact with the vet. I was told when I called at 530 they were very busy and the vet would try to call me. Irregular labs have been loaded to the app which no one will speak to me about. I have emailed corporate per their request.2nd update, stopped at the practice to get the print out and spoke with the practice manager who told me the vet would have to call me tomorrow morning as they were too busy. Didn’t matter that I had two in person appts yesterday, they’d have to speak with me tomorrow.

I would never recommend this unprofessional vet to anyone. save yourself and your animal and go elsewhere! They had us bring our dog in early and then held him in a cage for hours. We called multiple times and got put on hold only for no one to ever pick the line back up. They eventually called us a few hours later to tell us our dog (who is the friendliest, sweetest pup) was aggressive so they were unable to work on him & still charged us the full amount. This is literally the craziest thing that’s happened to us as our dog would never be aggressive and if they didn’t do anything to him why were we still charged? Just for them to keep him locked in a cage too small for him all day?
