Horrible customer service inside the Briarwood lobby. Walked in for assistance regarding a wire transfer and was told to go home because no on was available who could assist. This is the second time I was told no one could assist inside the bank. Called twice to speak with someone, but of course no one answered the phone!

I had an odd problem and the staff was extremely flexible and friendly. An employee checked in with me while I was in line which was superb service. I'll probably be going to this BOA in the future.

The line at Bank of American in Briarwood, Ann Arbor is ridiculous. The line is long every weekend and most times during the week. The bank manager is trying her best, but is found running back and forth. They have staff, but it seems like they only utilize one teller banker. Since they use only one bank teller, the lines are always long, especially in the weekend. This may be due to the pandemic.. they should try to strategize to have more tellers when the lines are hitting over 10 people waiting to see a teller, which averages about 45 minutes and more to flow though.

I like Bank of America! I like how I can use my phone at the atm- it's helped out so many times when I accidentally leave my wallet at home! The customer service is amazing. Whenever my account gets compromised, they are so understanding. They help out tremendously and provide me with a new card number to store in my phone so I don't go without cash!

Dear Bank of America - your business hours and phone system are abominable. Why do you not answer your phone, instead allowing customers to go through your telephone prompts three times? Wouldn't you want people to handle business by phone, instead of coming into the bank if possible? I'm calling to find an address to mail a business signature change card with supporting documentation. I do not need to walk into a branch for this. Oh, and speaking of walking into a branch, thanks for being open until 4pm daily. That helps so much for someone who works for a living, nowhere near one of the few branches still open in Ann Arbor. I'm fairly sure that if you tried, you could find even more ways to try and drive away business. You've done well so far.

Outstanding service despite current COVID restrictions. Convenient location. Lobby is open despite COVID pandemic. Many other branches are not open during the pandemic.
