“On Saturday February 8th I had to go into this O'Reilly's because one of my wiper blades fell off in the middle of a snowstorm. I literally had to drive to O'Reilly's with no wipers in a snowstorm. The guy that held me Fred was extremely understanding and professional. He even came out and put the wipers on for me because I had to be somewhere and was already running late. Fred showed exceptional leadership skills. I will come back there just because of this interaction.”

“I am very impressed with the service I received at Batteries Plus! I brought in a GameBoy Color cartridge that needed a new battery, fully expecting to drop it off and pick it up in a few days. Despite me showing up 10 minutes until close to drop the game off, one of the employees (I wish I got his name!) took the game to the back and had the battery replaced for me in about 3 minutes. The price was very reasonable, and game now works perfectly even though it is over 25 years old. All of the employees I spoke with were friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, and I am very grateful for their help! An extra thank you to the employee that fixed the cartridge for me!”
