Sad to write this review because I used to recommend this place to everyone. This past visit I got my usual gel-x set at 6pm and the polish peeled the same night doing nothing with my hands by 7:30 and continued to peel on 3 other nails within 24 hours.
I contacted them Saturday morning and was told I would need to pay for a polish change/repair.... It's insane to charge $90+ for a set and get tipped 20% and not stand by your service quality. Expecting customers to shell out more to correct for your own mistake is wrong.
Was really happy with this place over the past year, but will no longer be a customer.

I absolutely love my lashes! Unu is great at her work. I moved two years ago and Bee Q Salon is the place where I get my nails done and now my eyelashes. I highly recommend this place and Unu is the best!

This is hands down my favorite nail salon in town. You do have to schedule appointments but they are always running on time and there is no rushing through to get to the next person. The appointments make it feel like an actual salon and not a nail factory. They are fastidiously clean, careful, gentle, and kind. I see Serenity, Karynn, Unu, and Phoebe the most and I adore all of them. Bonus is that they are woman owned and run!!

Not a good nail salon at all!! Very rude to costumers. Would not recommend going here unless you want to waste your time and money!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Kourtney is amazing! Her passion, professionalism, and attention to detail set her apart. I’ve had lashes, waxing, and facials done with her, and every service is top-notch. She makes you feel comfortable, informed, and truly cared for. My skin and lashes have never looked better! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy esthetician.

Phoebe is my go to for nails. Unu is also great. Friendly and clean environment. My shellac manicures last easily 2+ weeks. Booking online made super easy. Solid selection of colors. This is the only nail salon I go to anymore!

A very poor quality soak-off of builder's gel right after New Year's has completely ruined my nails. It's been over a month and they are still thin, brittle, cracked, and painful. The tech was very rough as she was working, I could see inflammation and unevenness as I was walking out of the salon but figured time would heal it. Learned my lesson.
My nails are about a third grown back but they are still visibly damaged and there's a new chip almost every day (I'd provide a photo but don't want to gross people out lol). I will be in a wedding in early April and am praying that they will be grown back enough for a manicure by then.
I'll probably return to BeeQ at some point (Serenity is awesome) but I will NEVER be using that tech again. Hopefully the owner looks up what her name is and offers her additional guidance or training, I wouldn't want this to happen anyone else.

Nice atmosphere and great massage chairs during pedicure. However, I paid an extra $20 for the worst “foot” massage I’ve ever had. The lady just just rubbing my shins over and over and it hurt. Very disappointing. They also don’t remove dead skin from your feet during their pedicures. That is usually a big part of a pedicure, at least for me! The people were pretty nice overall though.

I am so incredibly happy with the work Karyn (spelling?) And Unu. They both did fantastic work in their specialties. Both doing great detail, cleanup, and manicure work ever before doing any extensions or art. Karyn did fantastic French tip and nail art.
Unu gave me one of the most precise and even manicures I have ever gotten. She helped ensure i get the best thing for my nails all while working with me to meet my requests in our allotted time. The green gradient is exactly what I wanted and my nails feel amazing. Neither picture I took do either technician's work justice.
I have always enjoyed my experiences here but tonight put it over the top. Thank you!

I’ve been seeing Serenity since switching over to gel-x nails, and never plan on going back! They last 3 weeks at least for me and that’s with being a mom. Can’t recommend enough!
