I had a unique situation with my TPMS sensors as some tools picked them up and some didn't. While every other shop wanted to sell me new ones there wasn't anything functionally wrong with them and after stopping by (literally) 7 other shops the guys at this Belle Tire LISTENED and fixed the problem, for free, even rejecting the tip I tried to give them. Costco is great for TP and chicken, but come here for your tire work!

This Belle tire is a mixed bag. The employees are very kind and helpful and I’ve always had a great experience being assisted. When buying tires they even price matched for me and helped me save a good amount of money.
HOWEVER, they will try to tell you that there is something wrong with your car that is not true.
Both times I’ve been here they tried telling me I needed shock work done. They said one of my cars needed new shocks and struts. Took it to TWO other shops and they said they were great. Came in this week with my new vehicle with barely 30k miles and were trying to tell me I needed new shocks. Once again, I took it to a mechanic for a second opinion and they were fine!
Bottom line, this store is good if you need tires or a brake check but please do not listen if they say you need anything else, especially if you are a woman!

My experience was less than 1 star. Was lied to over the phone about the time frame. Called the manager and he had nothing to say.

Went in twice, first time they fixed a flat for free and recommended a couple new tires on the front. I didn't have the funds at the time to replace them. Came back a few weeks later since they quoted me at a fair price and they kept the same quote, same tires. Thaddeus was the best! Thank you again.

Really amazing… excellent service, but also they were honest and very polite. Had issues with a tire/wheel/brakes/caliper on a 2000 Buick LeSabre and they were able to fix it within 24 hours, which is amazing. Thank you so much!!

I’ve been coming to this location for a couple years. The staff is friendly, timely, and have helped me out with any issue I’ve had with my tires. Really top notch customer service here. Aaron at the front desk does a great job keeping everything rolling.

I came to replace one of tires with a new one after some other auto shop told me it cannot be repaired. Not only did Bell Tire has the same tire with a better price, but actually Raiden (the guy in the front desk) was kind enough to check the tire and told it is in fact repairable.
They did not try and sell me something I did not need, which saved me alot of money.
On top of that I was surprised that they repaired it for free ! Definitely coming back for any service needed.

Thaddeus greeted me, politely wrote up my car, and looked at my tire. Adam thoroughly and quickly repaired it and got me back on the road safely. Thank you for positively contributing to my mechanical dilemma with the best possible outcome. I highly recommend this location and those 2 employees!

I got a flat tire pulling out of Arborland, and Kyle came right over to help. He safely got my car into the lot and had a new tire on within the hour. Super fast service and a great experience overall!

In my opinion they gave me good service, good lounge and good coffee, you can watch the movie because there are two televisions, but I loved the service, very good, it was very fast, good for my problem was that my The car had a flat tire, but they treated me very well, including the coffee, which I loved.

Belle Tire at this location fixed my flat tire quickly and did a great job! The whole experience was really positive. The receptionist was super professional and very nice. They were fast getting me in and out. Highly recommend for tire repairs!
