Big House Of Liquors, Craft Beer, & Wine Store is the best liquor store in Ann Arbor. The staff is extremely approachable, kind, super helpful, and the sweetest guys ever. They are very helpful with special or oddball requests, locating items, and showing customers new seasonal beers and products. The store has everything you need, including an ATM, and has convenient hours. Customers love the store and will be back because they care.
New to Area. I called requesting a special item. This amazing staff member not only located the item, but prior to search, took information to return my call so I didn't have to wait and be inconvenienced. GUS...thank you thank you. We will support this business because they care about their customers.
