This is the first time i had bad customer service experience at this location. Every time I go here, there’s ALWAYS help & friendly staff. This time, they did not even ask me what I neededas I stood there looking at the products that I need. The staff (2 people) were just talking & of course brushing their hair while I looked like looking for something. It’s so disappointing!!!

This company does not accept CASH! I had picked out online what I wanted in-store after finding a location near my dinner spot. When I went to pay, I was told "card payments only." WHO DOESN'T ACCEPT CASH? I have shopped many times in the past with Blue Mercury when it was inside of Somerset- and never once was I told I couldn't use OFFICIAL TENDER to pay for my purchases. I was made to feel like less of a person because I wanted to pay with actual money- and not a credit or debit card. I was given no other options- so I left my $250 in hoped- for-purchases behind and will use my CASH elswhere.

Long story short, I had a minor skincare emergency literally MINUTES before a date. I went into bluemercury hoping I could find something to help...and Lamichael was FANTASTIC!! Went above and beyond, fully fixed my problem and gave me great advice on my skincare routine to prevent it happening again!!!

Omg, this store is so perfect! One day we went to this store they got us what we wanted. Really helpful kind workers there. This store is so aesthetic and there products are amazing. They also gave me a free mario badascu bag with products and im upsesesd. THIS STORE IS AMAZING <3

I found out about Bluemercury two months ago. I instantly liked the store and the people that work there. They have products that the other two well known stores don't have. The associate's who work there use the products and give you honest recommendations . I found my new favorite store.

Got my makeup done for prom and it was the worst thing I've ever seen. Used hardly any makeup and looked horrible. Didn't match my skin tone and made my eyes look TINY. Would not recommend

I got my make up done by a great Trish artist. Would highly recommend visiting to stock up or have make up done. They told me about an event in Dec to get 20% off the whole store...definately going then!!

Great verity of products you can't find at other places, friendly staff that are very attentive and helpful for your specific needs, definitely recommended to stop in and give them a look!!

Shannon is an AMAZING esthetician! Incredibly professional, she took the time to answer every question I had, provide education, and assisted me with procuring the perfect tinted moisturizer/coverage for my skin. She even gave me a sample to try for several days before I had to commit to purchasing. I will definitely return.

I just had my first Blue Mercury facial with Elena. It was the BEST facial I have ever received. Elena was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredible with her hands. The massage is a slice of heaven and I left with my skin glowing, hydrated, and clear. I opted for the $95 facial and will definitely be getting my next facial with Elena at Blue Mercury! I also want to mention that the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome!

Yes, Bluemercury has a great line of products. However, the best part about this Ann Arbor location is Shakiba. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the products, creates a no-pressure environment to find the right solutions and has been helpful with personalized gift recommendations. She's even helped my husband navigate the complexities of their offerings when he was looking to surprise me with a gift. She always remembers him, me, my son and offers the most incredible customer service. She is the reason I offer five stars!
